Hi Freepers Happy New Year! I humbly request a prayer for me and many others who feel skittish about their jobs. It would be wonderful if a great opportunity comes along or I can still keep my job for years to come. Alot of times, it's self-fulfilling prophecy (you can say lack of faith). I need to have more faith in God, believing that He protects from all harm. Amen. Thank you in advance for your prayers!

I haven't travelled out of the country in 3 years. I am unjabbed. I just want to make sure I can come back. I checked the CDC website. The jab requirement is only for non-citizens. Has any unjabbed freepers travel overseas recently? Thanks!

Just curious, has anyone obtained religious exemption as a DoD contractor working on a military base?

Dear Freepers Despite all the bad news in the world, we have some positive news. For example, some companies are considering hiring non-jabbed staff. My life has to work around the jab, like many people. Everything was on hold for more than 8-9 months. Despite my faith wavering, the Lord has spared me from the jab. I got contacted by a FAANG (Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Google) recruiter. I know. They are evil companies and every single of them requires a jab. Has anyone working in FAANG companies gotten a religious exemption for the jab? For new hires, I imagine it's hard to get an accomodation.

My workplace is considered a federal contractor because it has some federal contracts. As you may know, courts have blocked Brandon's vaccine mandates for federal workers/contractors. As my workplace wants to re-open and a big portion of the staff are jabbed, they are going to implement their own mandates. Well even though the whole Brandon mandate was illegal and the courts blocked them, it gave an excuse to employers to mandate them.
