I would like to a prayer request to those threatened by the vaccine mandates. May they find a way to avoid them. If they are forced out of a job, may they find a new one quickly. In the long term, may these illegal mandates be overturned. For those who are forced to take them, may they be safe from harm.
On a personal note, I was able to get my exemption. But, I have been suffering alot of anxiety since the announcement and I can't turn off the anxiety (PTSD). Please say a prayer for me too.

Uzumaki....I will pray the prayer of escape from the mandates and for you that the peace of God pours over you like a refreshing summer rain. Let me also say to you that when these chronic bouts of anxiety and depression come on people it is usually because they are very deficient in magnesium which is the major relaxing mineral. I suggest you get magnesium glycinate and take ~800mg per day, split throughout the day. You will definitely see the anxiety diminish or be gone completely.

Here's how I think it might go. Didn't take 'vaxx'? (I won't.). Well, give us a weekly COVID test, and we'll let you remain employed. Oh, you got a positive COVID test? (False positives happen all the time.) Well, you're a danger to the company, so out you go, you omicron super-spreader. Too bad, you should have taken the 'vaxx'.

Thank you! I take magnesium citrate before bed (250 mg)...usually I wake up in the middle of the night, very anxious, cannot go back to sleep...then wake up...do some exercise...feel a bit functional eventually.
There are also other supplements that I saw at Costco as well. I can’t remember the name.

People like me who take a lot of Vitamin D should also take a Magnesium supplement from time to time.

Vitamin D is a wonder drug for Covid. Many Covid cases were with people with low Vitamin D.
actually, you should take D from time to time and take Mag ALL THE TIME. Mag makes 350 other nutrients, systems, enzymes, etc., work, sync and fall into place. You cannot absorb other nutrients, particularly D or calcium, if you are low in mag. And, I can assure anyone here, if they’re not supplementing with it, they’re low in it.
I have a lot of anxiety/stress (I’ll spare you the details why) and I decided to try ‘meditation’. I found a guided mediation podcast and tried it .... really thought it wouldn’t work at all, sort of laughed at myself. Well, surprise surprise .... as simple as it seems, it has helped me. She also has ‘meditations’ for sleep ... she’ll talk at first (intro) but there is no outro, just ambient, soothing sounds. I’ve gotten to where I just hear her voice and I start to relax. I mark my favorites & go back to them. I have the bad practice of waking up at 2-3 am & not being able to go back to sleep. The meditations usually help me fall asleep again. As skeptical as I was, I’m still surprised it helps me.

I would not throw away your citrate but finish it off then switch forms. Glycinate is much better than citrate. I like DaVinci tri mag and metagenics mag glycinate. Also, often the milligrams are a bit deceiving as it can include what the mag is bound to (in your case citrate, or in glycinate, etc). A general rule of thumb is that most tablets or capsules are about 100 mg each so you’ll want to do 8 of them per day. Seems like alot but it’s not.
Get a good salt (I like Redmond’s Real Salt) and drop an 1/8 tsp on your tongue, let it dissolve for about 2 minutes then drink a big glass of water. You will see yourself immediately relax and be at peace. Your adrenal glands are dumping mag and salt.

Meditate on God’s goodness and love to you personally before going to bed. Psalms are great to read. Then go off to a deep sleep, KNOWING that all is well and WILL BE well.
