As for out sourcing defense, that's already happening. The U.S. military is accepting non-citizens for enlisted positions and has contracted private security firms to provide some protection in the Green Zone.

On another note, I wounder if the families with "too many" children should just eat their surplus little ones. Not only would they have less mouths to feed, they could save on groceries too.
Excellent point. For all the article's talk about giving oversized deductions for children beyond the first it fails to realize that many of these go unclaimed. Oh to have a flat tax. The liberals would hate it of course because it show average man just how much money the government steals.
Doesn't this article have the Brave New World feel that lefties love. Talking about "the trade-offs between child quantity and quality" makes children seem more like goods rather than gifts from God.
