"...and the poster got a week off."
Actually, the poster took two weeks off, on his own terms, and continues to do so on a regular basis in the interest of avoiding trifles. And said poster still does, for the same reason. A once-useful forum has been irreparably trivialized by pride and self-importance.
The contention that "Jim Robinson and the moderators by implication were accused of being jihadist anti-Mormons on the Religion Forum was not "by implication" -- and the "week off," moot though it was, merely proved the poster's point concerning intolerance, etc. Such was duly noted by many....
"Nauvoo had seen better days as a thriving producer of cheese and wine until the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints built a $30 million temple in the community that was founded by Mormon patriarch Joseph Smith in 1939."
