but.. the Turkish military apparatus and the newly elected govt. are 2 different animals...the military being the secular guardians of the constitution. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was an attempt to undermine the new govt’s image in the minds of other Islamic nations. After all it does appear the two branches are headed for some sort of clash soon...kinda like how the CIA undermined Bush

This has a lot to do with illegals..I'm in the real estate/ mortgage business in southern california and it all started with the investigation of fraudulant loans. There are brokers who are having to by back loans from lenders because guess what, they used false information such as SS#'s and fake CPA letters to verify employment. I know of one franchise office in Santa Ana where the top producer makes $500k a year and her business is all illegals and fraudulant deals, overstating income and bad SS#'s. Ha..One broker got shut down because the same SS# was used 6 times on different deals...when those people are the main buyers in the market do the math. Tell me how my neighbors gardner bought a $450k home with no green card and SS? Oh and by the way, that top producer said if the sh*t hit the fan, she'd just go back to Mexico..where she's been sending her money for the last several years.

That's a good observation. I've been trying to find that statement in my heart when people ask me the same question. And the light just went on.

Its the same as getting on these causes like stem cell research, WE can find a cure, WE can heal. Forgetting that God is soverign, He made it, He can fix it or shape it, or wrap it up and blow it away. This obsession with mans abilities only takes people down a road of deception, especially Christians who's main focus should be the message of salvation and not a message of save the whales. I think the Christian Coalition understands the right priorites God's people should be focusing on in this hour.

Several nuclear explosions in US cities takes away that whole argument for clean air and focuses on another bigger issue..you eternity, and where will it be spent. Al Gore and the lefty anti-God crew are setting the stage for 2008's catch phrase. "It's the Enviroment Stupid". And unfortunatly there are a lot of christians taking the bait...can you say apathy?
