It will be easier to target Russian made planes than our own F-16s. No ambiguity there eh?
Are these, perchance, fully equipped, state of the art SU-30 fighters, with the same weapons and equipment package as the ones the Russians use?
Looks like a good opportunity for us to get our hands on a pristine sample, to gauge its capabilities first-hand.

To summarize it says it's Chavez attempting to create an air force loyal to him, than to US defence contractors.
They're not capable of a damn thing unless they've got pilots trained to use them. What will be the quality of their pilots compared to the USAF?

Anyway, I'd bet one Raptor could take out their entire airforce in about 10 minutes.
