A man was arrested after injuring a woman by kicking a steel barrier at Heinz Field Sunday evening. According to police, 29-year-old Stephen Sapp was intoxicated at the time of the incident. According to the criminal complaint, Heinz Field security alerted Pittsburgh Police officers on duty at the stadium to Sapp’s disorderly conduct.
