I noticed Tucker Carleson's show was erratic tonight and the whole network appears to be jammed. Anyone else experiencing this?

I watched video reports on BBC of these people being arrested in the middle of the freeway with about 50 cruisers surrounding them and the reporters said the suspects were not cooperative in the insueing interviews.
