No mention of _what_ is being bought with that money. Western stockpiles have largely run dry, so this might be little more than another round of wealth transfers from US taxpayers to the military-industrial complex with little or nothing actually reaching the front lines. And/or it will go towards paying for items that won’t even be produced until 2025-26, when it may be a moot point.
Even the rooters fabulists Mike Stone, Patricia Zengerle and Phil Stewart can't stiffen your flaccid Ukrainian front line.
