Robert Mueller Asks Judge To Hide Russian Election Evidence From The Russians Godfrey Daniel! You've GOT to be kidding me. Do I smell a Hollywood comedy coming up after this is all over? "Dumb & Dumber" meets "Zero Dark Thirty"? The characters are a bumbling crusty-but-benign FBI agent who's always getting heat from his incompetent AG; an ugly female desk jockey who sends love twitters to our hero; an accident prone IT technician who is computer illiterate; an aging weed-smoking, ex-hippie detective who sees Russians everywhere (even in his sleep); and a clueless, sex-crazed blonde bimbo TV anchor who can't...
  • The CIA: A Pestilence Most Foul

    05/26/2018 7:16:19 AM PDT · by Scooter100 · 41 replies
I am currently reading about the CIA's "performance" during the Viet Nam War of the 1960's. Here is only one isolated, but horrific, example out of hundreds.... "The most valuable quality possessed by defectors, deserters, and criminals serving in "sensitive" CIA projects was their expendability. Take, for example, Project 24, which employed NVA officers and senior enlisted men. Candidates for Project 24 were vetted and, if selected, taken out for dinner and drinks, to a brothel, where they were photographed, then blackmailed into joining special reconnaissance teams. Trained in Saigon, outfitted with captured NVA or VC equipment, then given a...
  • The March to Fascism

I am posting this because I was completely taken aback by an ex-professor friend of mine, (a HISTORY professor at that!!) who actually suggested that a public figure, with whom he didn't agree, be silenced. That's right, SILENCED, simply for not agreeing with his particular worldview. Astounding. Good Lord, what happened to the free expression of ideas, freedom of speech? To freely express ideas, no matter how reppellant, is the cornerstone of a free society. Once we venture down the road of censoring and silencing, we could be finished in short order. It only took Germany, and Hitler's National Socialist...

This is how you extract overdue documents from agencies who are refusing the rule of law: Congress tells the rogue agency that they will reduce their federal budgets by $1,000,000 per day, for each and every day that goes by after the document deadline.

Traveling by train to the 1937 National Open Championship in Denver, Ben Hogan decided that he would keep his hands in shape during the train ride by special exercise and so he bought a hard rubber ball for the trip. All the way to Colorado he kept working the ball, squeezing it and then relaxing his grip. He repeated the process over and over again all the way to Colorado. But when the morning of the first round of the tournament arrived he couldn't control a single shot. He had lost all sense of "feel" in his hands, which is...

  • Trump, Farage, and the great untapped

    08/25/2016 5:12:10 AM PDT · by Scooter100 · 46 replies
Reagan won over Carter in the "so-called" landslide of 1980. In fact, Reagan took 50.7%, to Carter's 41%....not exactly a landslide in my books. The interesting thing is that the voter turnout for that election was 52.6%. Even for then, that is a lot of humanity "under the covers". Roughly half were untapped. This essentially means that a minority of 25% of the country set policy (for the untapped) for four years. The untapped half is growingly aware that the voting half of the country is basically divided in two, politically, between two dinosaurs. England's Brexit was a cannon-shot over...
  • That's "D"..."D as in Donald"

I was talking to an electronics supplier on the phone this morning and had to state the model number to the Sales Rep. As we all do, in order to clarify, we spell it out. When I came to a "D", I actually said, "D as in Donald". It came out so innocently that I stopped in mid-sentence and snickered. The Rep laughed too, when I said I must be watching too much election coverage. Amazingly, he responded, "We're getting a lot of that particular spelling for "D" lately, he's great isn't he?" What a surprise! Donald is becoming a...

  • 2016 Presidential Form 2 Filers

Why would so many people run for president? Can someone explain the lists of Presidential Form 2 Filers? I note that the complete list of presidential candidates that filed in the 2012 election cycle numbered 416. In 2016, the number filing to date is 1,720. And this year's list has 6 months to go. I give up, what's going on? Is there a tax scam I'm not aware of? Or is this some delusional phenomenon brought on by the proliferation of the iPhone, selfie-snapping, narcissists? http://www.fec.gov/press/resources/2016presidential_form2nm.shtml

It's Political Limerick time I found the first two on a blog, and tweaked them for meter and decency. The third is mine. There once was a man from Mombasa, Who lived in a big ol' white casa. He thought he was King, And loved the left wing, Al Qaeda, Hamas, and La Raza. There once was a Muslim named Barry, Well-known as a F@g and a Fairy. A big snorter of coke, Thinks America's a joke, And now all our futures looks Scary! That liar Barack H. Obama, Often says that he murdered Osama. But when that helicopter fried,...

Silly me. I thought the Google street-view mapping chaps used bullet-proof vans. Maybe I'm thinking of Texas. No second-guessing the Brits, of course. If he's only at Stonehenge, no need to rush that Faraday cage project just yet. BTW, with the right tracking gear and attachments, you could make this guy's life pretty miserable with a few drones and some water balloons. Nice pants.
