The current rumblings about a "cashless" society are troubling. Currently, I like the anonymity of cash and I typically pay cash for all items under about $200....books, magazines, pharmacy, liquor store, groceries, tips, etc. What will YOU miss if we lose our traditional currency? (I'll start the ball rolling...) - How do I pay the neighbor's kid for mowing my lawn?

There has been recent news about Canada donating a newly developed vaccine to help fight the Ebola virus in Western Africa. My question is: which Canadian vaccine? I've had it with the Blu Ray format; how about you? It's left a mouth-puckering, sour, stinking taste in my mouth. When the new (complete!) Star Wars (Blu Ray) came out, I waited patiently for two months for my PowerDVD software to be "updated", or "fixed", or "patched", or whatever code word they use now for "we messed up". While many of you have probably seen it, Ben Still's "The Secret of Oz" (The Federal Reserve and Solutions for a Broken Economy) was a shattering and unexpected eye-opener for me. I am wondering about the structure of a third "Constitutional" party. Would it be better to form a party exclusively on a fiscal issues basis? What would be the pros and cons of taking social issues completely off the table? I mean, are there really enough "social issues" in the text of the Constitution itself to warrant making them a permanent policy of a new party and subsequently risking vicious debate and division? I guess I am thinking of the inevitability of Conservatives locking antlers with the "socially" left wing of the Libertarians", who are otherwise fiscally right wing. Shouldn't...
