I've been having Send & Receive email problems. It'd taking a very long time for either function. The only email addresses I have are on Outlook.com. Is anyone else having email problems today?

I am having a big problem in Outlook 365. I installed Office 365 a month or so ago on a new laptop. It has worked great until today. This past Sunday, I added a second email account. Everything was OK on Sunday. I didn't open Outlook yesterday. Today, none of my messages will display the entire message content. Just a couple of lines, one of which tells me that if the content isn't displaying correctly, to click on the line to open a web browser. My PC has been running slowly at times during the past several months. Some time ago, I thought I had done enough troubleshooting to conclude I needed more RAM, so I added 4GB and now have 8GB. However, the slowness continues.
