Did anyone see this guy on MSNBC? Claimed to have done a study surveying 100 random Georgetown students and having them use the West Palm ballot. Repeated 4 times how these students were amongst the smartest people in the world. He claimed that 19 of 56 students voting for Gore hit the wrong circle - about a 35 % error rate.
