    1. I honestly don't think Hollywood hates religion and religious people,

    2. I think they just don't care.

Both statements mean the same thing. Anyone who does not recognize the the various, small things that move together, creating decay and immorality in this society is, well, contributing to the decay.

It was used for obvious violations of the rules, not because somebody couldn't speak english

If the kid was mexican, he probabaly KNEW english, yet was not speaking it just to piss the teacher off - that kind of kid should be whacked!

And before yal'' go gettin yer panyties wadded up, you should know that Mexicans do this all the time - I had a bunch of em tearing up my roof one day (they were suppsed to be next door - idiots), anyway, as I'm askinf what they're doing on MY roof - none of em could speak english until I told 'em maybe someone ought to learn or I'll call the cops...DANG if they did not start speaking english immediately.

And yes, mexican "children" do the same thing...makes em feel powerful I guess...
  • Should the US release the detainees being held at Guantanomo Bay?

This was e-mailed to me the other day - Author unknown

A person wrote a letter to the White House complaining about the treatment of a captive taken during the Afghanistan war. Attached is a copy of a letter they received back:

    The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue Washington, D.C. 20016 Dear Concerned Citizen:

Thank you for your recent letter roundly criticizing our treatment of the Taliban and Al Qaeda detainees currently being held at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

My administration takes these matters seriously, and your opinion was heard loud and clear here in Washington.

You'll be pleased to learn that, thanks to the concerns of citizens like you, we are creating a new division of the Terrorist Retraining Program, to be called the "Liberals Accept Responsibility for Killers" program, or LARK for short. In accordance with the guidelines of this new program, we have decided to place one terrorist under your personal care.

Your personal detainee has been selected and scheduled for transportation under heavily armed guard to your residence next Monday.

Ali Mohammed Ah bin Had (you can just call him Ahmed) is to be cared for pursuant to the standards you personally demanded in your letter of admonishment. It will likely be necessary for you to hire some assistant caretakers. We will conduct weekly inspections to ensure that your standards of care for Ahmed are commensurate with those you so strongly recommended in your letter.

Ahmed's meal requirements are simple, but we strongly suggest serving meals that do not require utensils, particularly knives and forks. Also, these should be "one-handed" foods; Ahmed will not eat with his left hand since he uses it to wipe himself after purging his bowels (which he will do in your yard) - but look on the bright side.. no increase in the toilet paper bill.

He generally bathes quarterly with the change of seasons, assuming that it rains, and he washes his clothes simultaneously. This should help with your water bill. Also, your new friend has a really bad case of body lice that hasn't been completely remedied. Please heed the large orange notice attached to your detainee's cage: "Does not play well with others."

Although Ahmed is sociopathic and extremely violent, we hope that your sensitivity to what you described as his "attitudinal problem" will help him overcome these character flaws.

Perhaps you are correct in describing these problems as mere cultural differences. He will bite you, given the chance, but his rabies test came back negative, so not to worry. We understand that you plan to offer counseling and home schooling. Your adopted terrorist is extremely proficient in hand-to-hand combat and can extinguish human life with such simple items as a pencil or nail clippers. We do not suggest that you ask him to demonstrate these skills at your next yoga group. He is also expert at making a wide variety of explosive devices from common household products, so you may wish to keep those items locked up, unless (in your opinion) this might offend him.

Ahmed will not wish to interact with your wife or daughters (except sexually) since he views females as a subhuman form of property. However, he will be eager to assist with the education of your sons; have available for their use several copies of the Q'uran. Oh - and rest assured he absolutely loves animals, especially cats and dogs. He prefers them roasted, but raw is fine, too, if they aren't more than 2 or 3 days dead.

Thanks again for your letter. We truly appreciate it when folks like you, who know so much, keep us informed of the proper way to do our job. We think this watching over each other's shoulder is such a good way for people to interact that we will be sending a team of federal officials with expertise in your line of work to your place of business soon, just to help you do your job better. Don't be concerned that they have the power to close your business, seize your property, and arrest you for any violation of the 4,850,206 laws, codes, regulations and rules that apply to your profession. They're really there just to make sure you're doing everything the proper way. That is what you wanted, right?

Word is out that America has become the de facto flop house of the Latino world

For president, I would vote for the man (or woman)with the "cahones" to place our military on the borders, and SHUT DOWN immigration for un-educated, un-employable, Mexicans. (those who burden our system anywhere)

I would vote for this person whether he/she was a democrat or republican - thats how badly I hate illegal immigration!

I'd even vote for HILLARY if she promised, in writing, to close our borders and place military on them...I am sickened by what our government is allowing to happen...

Too bad dudes. What the bible says is what the bible says, and the bible is Gods Word, so these particular jewish leaders have just called God Himself anti-semitic and incendiary. I believe that is called "heresy"

Residents have complained about water wells going dry because of pumping on neighboring property, she said. She also called bonds required to cover cleanup costs "woefully minimal."

"There is going to be a huge taxpayer liability here for the cost of cleanup and reclamation that the government hasn't even begun to account for," Morrison said.

Drilling for natural gas or crude does not "dry up" water wells.

And requiring drillers to pay huge reclamation/clean up fees "JUST IN CASE" of an accident, is crippling the energy industry at a time when we can ill afford the dependance we now have on foreign oil.

I believe homeland security outweighs alarmists concerns given by folks who know absolutely NOTHING about the oil industry and the technical advancements of he industry.

These people think you poke a hole in the ground and oil flows out of it like on "The Beverly Hillbillies", the uninformed really need to get a grip...

If you don't like the idea of this show, don't watch it. If you happen to stumble across it while channel surfing and are offended by what you see - change the channel or turn off the TV. It really is as simple as that.

Southwest attendants are notorious for silly rhymes, folks need to lighten up a bit.

Once, after sitting on the tarmac for a 1/2 hour because a "light on the dashboard" did not come on, the plane took off after the captain said he "tapped it". When we got to cruising altitude, over the load speakers came "We've been working on the airplane, all the live long day. . ."

I was not amused. Still, I did not sue them.

Me too. The Bible says what it says about The Passion of Christ. I hear that Gibson was true to the account in the bible. If so, critics may as well call God Himself anti-semetic if that is the "charge".

    I'll be seeing it.

As far as I was concerned, the 2nd Amendment gave us the right to protect ourselves against invading armies, not the right to buy a gun and keep it under our beds.

I'm glad the author changed her mind.

I would ask others who believe in this skewed interpretation of our cocnstitutional right to bear arms:

How in the world would we protect ourselves againts "invading armies" (and other, perhaps domestic terrorists) if we dont keep a gun "under the bed" (in our posession)?

Do those who feel this way think we can count on "the government" to "issue" us weapons as soon as they are needed?

The focus is to teach students to hold their own parents responsible.

Children DONT TELL parents what to do.

They should NOT be TAUGHT to question their parents authority (this is how/where it starts) by liberal, social-engineering, under-worked but over-paid, dim-witted "teachers".
