I believe the government had something to do with it also, as an ex-Army ranger and a weapons specialist, there is no way Oswald could have fired two or three rounds that fast with accuracy with a carcano rifle, they were the worst rifles ever built and as far as i`m concerned they are junk, I did a little testing myself with the same type of rifle Oswald used and about the same distance that JFK was and I was lucky to hit one time but no where near the bullseye, because the action of the rifle is so rough you have to take it off your shoulder to eject and chamber the next round and then to realigned the cross hairs of the scope that quickly to get the next shot off with accuracy is some what impossible especially on a moving target at that distance, plus if you look to see that JFK goes backwards on the second hit and the angle of where he is hit the shot came from the grassy knolls area and any one who knows about firearms will tell you if you get hit with a round in the head from the front you will be pushed backwards from the impact especially from a rifle using a heavy grain bullet at that close of a distance so there for my theory is the government had people planted all around that area in the event that Oswald missed his target as he did plus there was witnesses that said they heard shots from that area and from behind a fence...this is just my opinion
