I couldn’t stop on my own so I knew what I had to do. I continued to attend 4-5 meetings a week, work the Steps with my sponsor, and take it one day at a time. I’m grateful.

I couldn’t get sober on my own so I drove myself to rehab. The best 30 days ever. Rehab and AA saved me - have been sober since Feb. 17, 1991, one day at a time.

The only jab I received was the pneumonia vaccination after discussing it with my doctor. She knows I hate vaccinations. I’m still debating about the shingles shot.

Grace Slick is still my all time favorite female vocalists. Jefferson Airplane was the best. Never liked Starship. Favorite album is “Manhole.” Song “Theme from Manhole” is the best ever. Her vocals are like butter.
