Sorry if this is a vanity or has been noted previously. I searched and didn't find anything. Just heard a report on MSNBC that Psychologist Kathryn Faughey was killed a few days ago by a man weilding a meat cleaver. This story was already posted, but what I just heard was that the police trail was cold because they have no name and are prohibited from reviewing her records. She only had 1000 patients, he had an appointment, but apparantly the police can't even look at her records without a court order which they are still !!! waiting for. Meanwhile...

Who will be John Kerry's choice? The political newsletter "The Hotline" recently identified 68 men and women the presumed Democratic nominee might be considering, among them a couple of Republicans, including Nebraska Sen. Chuck Hagel. The provocative thinking goes like this: Pick a Vietnam combat veteran, a Midwesterner, a maverick who often fusses with his own GOP leadership. Maybe Hagel could balance the ticket with a dose of bipartisanship....

Did anyone else just see Chris Matthews call Republicans "Nazi's" on Hardball? Unbelievable! He's so worked up about using the JFK quotes that he said "So when are the Nazi's going to start using the Ich bin ein Berliner quote". I used to enjoy his style, but not anymore.
