There was absolutely no intention of allowing any substantive testimony. Hillary is out of the country, and Petraeus is refusing, and of course his majesty will never be subpeoned. If either were to testify, they would most likely have an unfortunate fatal accident.

It is my opinion that he is just floundering around trying to decide what to do, between the Benghazi mess and now a natural disaster that he is clueless about dealing with, I suspect he went back to hide under the bed and wait for a speech to appear on TOTUS. A leader he is NOT.

Hillary really doesn’t have to worry, we will never elect her to anything in this country, and the more she covers up, the less likely it woudl ever happen anyway.

Actually yes there were wolves on the coast, one of Daniel Boone’s neighbors was killed by wolves. Body fluids, including blood is the way many diseases, including brucellosis. Pretty hard to insist that wolves prevent the spread of disease when the incidence in both wild and domestic animals has increased so dramatically. There are tons of fresh bloody tissue lying around in the Yellowstone area every day. The raven and crow populations have increased hugely, brucellosis has exploded in the area. CWD is spreading further and further from the Colorado research center where it was accidently released, and deeper into Wyoming. Neither increasing populations of lions nor wolves has stopped it.

There are no wolves in 99% of the country despite the fact wolves roamed and killed from border to border and sea to sea. What kind of ecological disaster now exists in those areas due to lack of wolves? I will grant you that a couple of packs would probably clean up Central Park pretty fast and those of us being dictated to by wolf huggers are more than willing to give you all you want.

I would not be surprised to see another poor performance by Obama tonight. I think last week he already knew there was a lot more coming from Bengazi than had been told to the American people. If he has another poor performance tonight, I think we can assume there is more to Bengazi that has yet been revealed and he is more afraid of being impeached than losing the election.

I agree 100%, remember the unrelenting MSM bs about the economy tanking, etc almost from the moment that Bush 2 took office until it finally came true. The same ones screaming recession when employment was at 6% are happy with 7.8% now and willing to fudge numbers to get it that low. They will start on Romney while he is taking the oath of office.

It was very good, but it just hits the tip of the iceberg. My state of Wyoming is a prime target for environmental fund raisers (lawsuits) for everything from Preble mice in wheatfields in the southern part of the state to imported wolves in the rest of the state. We have a lot of mineral resources along with a lot of great scenery, so that too is fodder for unlimited fund raising lawsuits to decrease or stop production or prevent it from happening. However it is of not that enviros never decrease their use of resources, they jsut do not want others to use them.

The new ones are growing as the old ones fall off, they will still be covered with velvet for a few more weeks.

I haven’t read about that, but I do not think there is anything they won’t do to keep pwoer.

The left blames “big oil”, and conservatives for lack of wind and solar projects, but it is very leftist environmental groups that file lawsuit after lawsuit to prevent them due to killing birds or depleting water by solar, impacting turtle habitat, etc.

Everyone and I do mean everyone on the right that is politically connected is terrified of the birther issue. It is interesting that those who wanted to see proof of citizenship is a rather confused situation were ridiculed and called racist to the point they will not touch this. At the very least he is a liar.

First of all for so called research to have any value at all it has to refrain from manipulating the outcomes. A “reintroduction” of wolves would be an entirely different experiment on it’s own, and tell us nothing about the natural process. It would serve to enrich the so called “researchers”.
