Sometime after 11:00pm CDT news was breaking out of North Korea that Lil' Kim was declaring the 1953 Armistice that ended the shooting and fighting during the Korean War (but not the war itself) as being null and void and that North Korea was no longer bound by it's conditions. This was Kim's response to South Korea joining the U.S.-led PSI (Proliferation Security Initiative)and has threatened a military attack if any of it's ships are stopped and searched.

So Kim Jong Il detonates a nuclear bomb late Sunday night, then follows that up with the launching of a few short-range missiles. Naturally the U.N. is going to step up and smack him down real good for this, right? Wrong. SEOUL, May 26 (Yonhap) -- North Korea appears to be preparing to fire short-range missiles on its west coast, a day after it tested a nuclear device and missiles in the east, a South Korean source said Tuesday. I love how the liberal left wants to defend Wanda Sykes for her telling of a 9/11 joke last weekend at the White House Correspondents Dinner. Nancy Pelosi's story yesterday about the CIA lying to her is completely implausible. Why in the world would the CIA lie to her during the meeting that she admits to attending in November of 2002, and then come completely clean about the use of waterboarding five months later when she wasn't in attendance. If that were true then why wouldn't the other Democrats who were in attendance of the same meeting she attended be out front and center backing her up? Do you see or hear any other Democrat supporting her version of events?

That's basically what Ms. Pelosi had to say today in her denial of knowing anything about the CIA's use of EIT's.

The extreme left-wing is now in a dilemma about the subject of "torture" since it has been learned that one of their very own, Nancy Pelosi, has been caught lying to the American people about what she knew about EIT's and when she knew it. For the record, she's not the only Democrat who knew what was going on and kept quiet about it. Chris Matthews last night now has to come out and say that of course "torture" is OK in emergencies, but what isn't OK is trying to re-define what the meaning of torture is. That's the crime.

Apparently the apocalyptic, doom-and-gloom, sky-is-falling liberal left is at it again with one of their anti-capital, America-hating indoctrination videos again, just like Al Gore and his "An Inconvenient Truth". I'm quite sure everyone remembers the touching and tastefully done 9/11 tribute video that was shown last year at the Republican National Convention. I'm also quite sure that everyone remembers the fake outrage that was shown by MSNBC's Keith Olbermann as he put on an on-the-air ratings grabbing phony meltdown. There's a question that is being asked about why late-night comedians and such are not poking fun at President Obama. Is it because there so in love with him? Is it because there afraid of being labeled a racist? Is it because they just don't seem to think he's said or done anything that would be considered funny? David Letterman (who quit being funny once he left NBC) tried to answer this question last week but wound up doing a lame skit where he tells the same old "dumb Bush" jokes by replacing Bush's name with Obama's.
