    Numerologically speaking....
Take the alphabet and assign a number 1-9 to each letter
1st 1's A=1, B=2 and so on (in vertical rows)
Then move to 10's and 100's
    666= FOX

Clues in the Bible about the Antichrist:

    Christ identified the fox- Herod**

    Jesus' Sorrow for Jerusalem
31 At that time some Pharisees came to Jesus and said to him, Leave this place and go somewhere else. Herod wants to kill you.
32 He replied, Go tell that fox, ‘I will drive out demons and heal people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach my goal.’ 33In any case, I must keep going today and tomorrow and the next day for surely no prophet can die outside Jerusalem!

    Luke 13:31-33

    **King Herod the Great

Herod (73-4 BCE) was the pro-Roman king of the small Jewish state in the last decades before the common era. He started his career as a general, but the Roman statesman Mark Antony recognized him as the Jewish national leader. During a war against the Parthians, Herod was removed from the scene, but the Roman Senate made him king and gave him soldiers to seize the the throne. As 'friend and ally of the Romans' he was not a truly independent king; however, Rome allowed him a domestic policy of his own. Although Herod tried to respect the pious feeling of his subjects, many of them were not content with his rule, which ended in terror. He was succeeded by his sons.

Many believe the Anti-Christ must be Jewish.

I just had to reply to your comment, sartorius, because I've had Lyme for years now and that is exactly what I'm doing- looking for my own answers. "Lorenzo's Oil"- strange that you should mention that movie- I use that as my inspiration to keep on looking for products that help with this disease. I’ve concocted my share of ‘potions’.

While I am a member of Morgies, there is nothing that they can do to help me directly until more is learned about the disease. They research and seek PR and help in the form of more researchers and hopefully a grant. They are a hard working and wonderful people and the fact that you viewed the article and video is proof of that

Morgellons is researching the fibers found with the disease. Most of those suffering, and there are thousands, have Lyme and the fibers. Some say that the fibers go away as the Lyme disease is treated and the sufferer improves.

I'm motivated to find a cure because several other family members have this. One was bitten by a deer tick 9 years ago and didn't receive adequate treatment. As a result, the disease progressed and other symptoms manifested. Psoriasis, Raynaud's Syndrome (red hands), tremors- first hands and now head/neck, mood swings, joint pain, chronic sinus infection and much more. She was treated for the symptoms when it was actually Lyme disease causing all of it.

My symptoms were different- there are 89 symptoms that are attributed to Lyme disease and it can mimic a host of other diseases including Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, MS, Lupus, Alzheimer's, Crohn’s and many others.

My first 'Eureka' moment in researching this disease was when I read that a lab doctor who works at a lab that specializes in Lyme disease stated that Chronic Fatigue and Lyme disease look identical under the scope.

The symptoms are identical as well.

The same is true for Fibromyalgia.

My chief symptom at this time is joint pain. I have the Stage III Lyme- it's in my joints. I went through the brain fog phase and was certain that I had early Alzheimer's but with various products, my memory is returning and the fog is dissipating.

Oh- I should mention the hair loss. Those of us in my family are experiencing problems with that. I pray that I can turn that around fast. I’m not bald but I’m seeing too much scalp these days.

I use various herbals, vitamins and minerals for healing. Amazing results. I’ve improved greatly in the past year. I was thinking about applying for disability prior to that.

Aspartame connection- good point Bon mots. I drink a lot of Diet Dr Pepper. Must give that up. I’m sure you are correct in pointing out the connection with Lyme.

As to the status of those with this disease, I would say that the majority of those (that I know) with the disease are, as BearWash pointed out, white-collar professionals. Many in the medical field. I was a Corporate Trainer for a Fortune 500 company when this hit me. No drugs either. Ok, I smoke.

The number of reported cases of Lyme disease is understated. The ‘latest’ stats I can find are from 2002 and that number is 23,000 cases in the US. In reality, that number is about 10x as great, according to experts. IOW, 230,000 in 2002 and I can only imagine what that number could be by now.

To give a random example- Minnesota (not a state known for Lyme disease) reported 867 cases in 2002 but only 283 cases in 1999. That is a 206% increase.

    http://www.health.state.mn.us/divs/idepc/newsletters/dcn/sum02/lyme.html

One of the reasons that Lyme is under-reported is that Lyme mimics other diseases and therefore, no tests for Lyme are considered.

Another reason is that the test recommended as the 1st test for suspected Lyme is the Eliza. The Eliza is only 30% accurate. A coin toss would be a lot cheaper and better odds.

There are other variables about Lyme testing as well. For instance, if you are currently taking antibiotics, that may skew the test results. Some herbals can do the same.

Few labs have accurate Lyme testing and those that do are not blessed by the FDA and therefore are not covered by insurance.

There is fungal involvement with this disease, most definitely. Also, many who are on antibiotics also have to deal with yeast- Candida Albicans. Probiotics and flushes- such as Lemon water help with the candida. Some people take antifungals as well.

Fortunately, the word is getting out and the Morgellon’s Foundation is working hard to find the answers.

BearWash- good to meet up with another Morgie!

As an aside, the white-footed mouse, not the deer, is the most common vector of Lyme disease via ticks (per Yale).

PS I plan to research some of the suggestions on this thread- thanks!

He walked out of the building to a waiting medical team. He had been shot twice, and was taken to a local hospital.

In the picture, he didn't look like the man that the witnesses had been describing, so LE is concerned that there may have been another gunman.

I think that there was only one man. Sometimes people get confused in situations like this one, and their memory is not accurate.

I'm sure that more accurate witnesses, such as those that were in a more direct contact with the shooter will come forward today.

To add to the coincidences in this case, there is a Bery that lives in Modesto as well. This Bery may or may not be related to the Damien Bery that owns the American Bodyworks, where Amber worked.

If related, it could be the contact that introduced Scott to Amber.

On the subject of the strange comments of SP's attorney, it seems to me that they are setting the stage for an insanity plea. Scott is complaining about the cell and the fact that he finds it too small, and he can't breathe- that would be panic/anxiety attacks he's having (or pretending to have).

Add to that the attorney stating that he didn't know that Laci was pregnant and you can see where they are going. Insanity plea.

Guess Scott must have thought that the nursery that he was working on was for him.

    5. Amber met 31 year old Scott on a blind date on Nov.20th at the World Sports Cafe bar in Fresno. Scott and Amber were introduced by a girl who knew him from work, the girl thought that he was single, according to Ron Frey.

Does this seem strange to anyone but me? He never mentioned his wife at work? What about insurance forms ?Never spoke of becoming a dad? Lacie never called him there and said "tell him his wife called"?

I believe that the girl met SP at HER work, not his. It's possible that it was Tradecorp, but unlikely for the reasons that you state.

I have a question, Calcetines. What kind of shop/business do the elder Peterson's own. I found numerous companies in the California on-line records, that they have opened over the years. Art Antique Express/San Diego Crating and Packing/Crate and Ship/Fragil Pak/Marine Camera Distributors/Laser Stock Photos/LSP Collage/LSP/Laser stock Photos CD/MCD/Studio B and a few others are listed to Lee and/or Jackie Peterson.

Just wondered what their business place looked like? Do you know?

    Thanks!

TBB, You're right! He does slip up now and then. And, I don't think he ever thought the case would get this much attention. Maybe he heard about the woman that went missing nearby (the dumpster related woman) and knew that she didn't get much hoopla and thought the same would be true for his wife? L8

    Clouda and all,

Just a recurring random thought that I had. Reading this thread brought it to mind again.

When my husband and I built our house, he had various 'secret' closets and a secret room built into the house with the intent of hiding valuables from potential burglars.

I was thinking about all the remodeling at the house and wondering if there could be a false wall in the house somewhere that Scott had intentionally created during their remodeling? Add that to the chemicals and fertilzers that he sells and the bags of concrete that were found empty in his dumpster (at his work location). Any thoughts?

This area I speak of doesn't have to be a room. It could be an area in a closet or the basement where a wall, instead of having 4" framing could have 12" framing. It could be done easily while remodeling. Especially in an area that is near an existing closet or a framed flue or duct (going floor to ceiling).

The dogs would be confused because Laci's scent would have been in the house already.

If Scott had someone do it, why not just give the person a key?
To make it look like he was not involved?
    **
    Yaelle,

I don't know that Scott really did have someone break into the house. I've theorized that it could have been someone in Laci's family, wanting a memento when they heard he was going to sell the house. Or possibly someone wanted some paperwork, such as the financial statements that were delivered several weeks ago or the appraisal on the house. It's hard to say.

If it were me, I would have wanted to know what SP gave Laci for Christmas. He probably took the tree down long ago and took the present back to the store or gave it to a new potential girlfriend.

OTOH, it could have been Scott's dad or a brother or friend as well. As another poster mentioned, they could have been putting something back into the house (my thought was a golf club to complete the set?) or they may have wanted something else.

The broken window is a clue to me that it was probably Laci's family or friend of her family. As you point out, if Scott or a family member were to be tampering with something in the house or removing something, they could just get a key. Unless, of course, it was staged to support some burglar/murderer story that SP was attempting to establish.

I don't understand this. If the person broke in to replace something I assume Scott did not know this person was going to do this? If Scott had someone do it, why not just give the person a key? Why have them draw attention to themselves by breaking in and then calling cops? Something is not making sense.

    ***

BB, There is a lot about this case that doesn't make any sense. I think that maybe it was one of the Rocha family that broke into the house. Maybe Laci's dad or Brent. That could be why there is no news about the break-in. They may have wanted a certain item that was special to them to remember Laci. Maybe a present they had given her or some childhood toys or stuffed animal. I think they are aware by now that Laci won't be coming home and if they heard the rumor that Scott is selling the house, they may have acted in haste fearing that Scott wouldn't allow them to have any mementos.

OTOH, it could have been someone from the Peterson team. Planting something. As I said, could have been a golf club or some other item that Scott may have used in a fit of rage and then later hid or given to a family member. They may want to distance themselves from any evidence. If that was the case, they goofed.

I opt for the former. How about you?
