Thank you all for your prayers and concern. I fell asleep in the chair not long after I returned from the Police Station. Nobody at the desk seemed to be able to explain what "conversion of trust" meant once I got down there. Not only that, but the officer said "you don't want to report the car as stolen if your daughter has it unless you intend to file charges against her." I said my intent is to call attention to the vehicle in the event that she is no longer in possession of it, to which he replied "Ma'am, that's just speculation at this point". So I said where do we go from here? And his reply to me was "Go home, and wait for your daughter to come home. This stuff happens all the time."
