Sarcasm doesnt explain Rush’s intentional dissembling of the facts- after all he has been provided from various sources, it is not believable that he is so dense about what the Peter Paul matter is about- its about Hillary illegally soliciting more than $1 million then covering it up- not about a misuse of some fundraising funds used for an event. The DOJ prosecutor in the Rosen case summed it up when he told the jury its about “Denying the public’s right to know that Peter Paul personally gave more than $1.2 million to Hillary’s campaign” Hillary’s denial of personal involvement was exposed as a boldfaced lie by a federal judge and prosecutor when the government released a video of Hillary calling Paul in his office to designate a white house aide as a liaison for day to day coordination with her.
Considering the massive government and media cover up in this case- facts that are available to Rush if he truly hasnt paid attention so far, shows how his intentional ignorance on the case can not be chalked up as sarcasm.

Freepers may be in store for a X-Mas present of monumental proportions related to a deal in the works to link a new counterpoint organization to MoveOn.org with the Paul v Hillary Clinton civil fraud suit in California which will begin discovery early next year. The Judge already guaranteed Hillary will be under oath.
The X-mas present is a titanic administrative complaint being prepared for filing late next week. The complaint will detail how the Department of Justice defined in May, 2005 conduct that constituted a crime punishable with 5 years in jail. In January, 2006 Hillary directly engaged in the identical crime,as confirmed by the public record, with the active involvement and support of a federal commission that monitors these crimes. They wrote the opinion that confirmed Hillary’s protection under California’s anti-SLAPP law first amendment protection for committing frauds to fund her political campaign!

Just to correct the record on what Judicial Watch has done in Peter Paul’s case- they mismanaged it all along in an effort to squeeze as much contributions from concerned conservatives as they could. After Peter Paul finally was released from FORTY THREE MONTHS of pre-trial detention -without bail or a speedy trial- when he was kept in Brazil by the government after Judicial Watch delivered 59,876 petitions to Ashcroft to bring him back in November 2001, Paul was forced to hire new attorneys to get him bail. Judicial Watch attempted to coerce and extort a release from Paul for their incompetent and ethically challenged representation of him in the middle of his court actions, and when he refused to give them a release in March, 2005, they withdrew from representing him and kept millions in donations they had raised for his representation, and refused to use it for the purpose they convinced thousands of donors to give it- for Paul v Clinton! If US Justice Foundation had not come to the rescue at that time, this whole affair would have been lost because of Judicial Watch’s misconduct and greed.

The landmark civil fraud suit I filed in California against the Clintons, along with their cronies the producer of the Grammy’s and Clinton friend Gary Smith, and Clinton’s designated liaison with me, strip club owner Jim Levin, was set for trial for March, 2007. Prior to trial Hillary convinced the lower court judge she should be dismissed as a co-defendant from the case because of lack of direct evidence that she knew of her husband’s fraudulent promise and because she was engaged in campaign activities protected by the first amendment while engaged in the civil frauds alleged against her.
Because I believed she should not be allowed to pervert the meaning of the First Amendment to protect her frauds, even though the court ruled she would be required to testify as a material witness in the case.
The appeal I am now engaged in to restore Hillary as a co-defendant and not just a material witness, has now been supported by new evidence just released on April 12, 2007, by the US Atty in NY who withheld a video I made of a smoking gun capturing of Hillary in the act of illegally soliciting and coordinating my $1.2 million plus expenditures on her behalf. The tape is the direct evidence of Hillary’s role in the affair that has been withheld from all investigations into Hillary’s involvement in obtaining and then hiding the largest contribution to her campaign.The lack of this direct evidence has been the only reason Hillary has escaped accountability before the DOJ, the FEC and the Rosen Grand Jury and Senate Ethics Committee investigation.Now this evidence will be presented to all those agencies who cited the lack of evidence to exonerate her.
This is no longer a case about a campaign donation, alebit the largest one ever reported by a donor in US history, its about how Hillary and Bill obstructed three federal investigations into their conduct surrounding the donation and how they caused the unnecessary indictment and trial of their finance director for withholding information that they themselves withheld.
The obstruction, false statements to investigators and suborning of perjury of their assistants constitute serious felonies that dwarf any obstructions attributed to Lewis Libby.
My civil case will now result in a new Federal Election Complaint and Senate Ethics Complaint based on the new video evidence just released- and for the first time in Hillary’s career, a three judge panel will evaluate her illegal conduct in ruling on my appeal of her First Amendment protection for campaign activities. If they find she violated the law, they will deny her the First Amendment protectiion that has removed her as a defendant and restore her as a defendant- nad the judges will be ruling that Hillary is in fact a felon!

Hillary obstructed three federal investigatiosn and caused the unnecessary indictment and trial of her finance director for allegedly hiding information only he had from Hillary’s campaign treasurer causing false FEC reports to be filed.
Hillary had the same information that Rosen had, so if his Grand Jury knew what was on the video tape, Rosen never would have been tried- those obstructions are 1000 times more serious than Scotter Libby’s- and worth many years in the slammer if the DOJ would just enforce the same law against her they did against Scooter

The difference between an accusation and being caught on tape is analogous to Rodney King accusing the LAPD of recklessly assaulting him without the benefit of the video that catches the police in the act.

Questions raised by Hillary’s involvement in the tape are no longer accusations, but rather analyses of the evidence that capture her committing felonies.

Hillary accuses herself here, and that is the only accusation that could ever stick on her.

Doug- you forgot my blog on how Rupert Murdoch stopped the Fox coverage of the case BEFORE the Rosen trial when Eric Shawn was taken off the case after doing six segments on Fox News Sunday, and it was given to Sean Hannity who feigned idiocy in not understanding it and he then buried it.
Fox is a new sock puppet for the Hillary Juggernaut because Murdoch is a pragmatist betting on who he thinks will be the 2008 winner.
