The two prison guards — Tova Noel and Michael Thomas — who guarded Jeffrey Epstein on the night that he died have admitted that they falsified prison records and have cut a deal with federal prosecutors. “As part of the deal with prosecutors, they will enter into a deferred prosecution agreement with the Justice Department and will serve no time behind bars,” The Associated Press reported. “Noel and Thomas would instead be subjected to supervised release, would be required to complete 100 hours of community service and would be required to fully cooperate with an ongoing probe by the Justice...

The ongoing audit of ballots cast in Maricopa County, Arizona has uncovered “significant discrepancies” in the number of ballots versus the supposed number of ballots that were supposed to exist. Political strategist Boris Epshteyn adds that the discrepancies may be as high as 17.5%, and it is “likely Joe Biden did not win Arizona”.

Today, The Two Mikes hosted Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney to discuss the implications of the failure of the Maricopa County commissioners to protect the county’s election data for the voting on November 3rd, 2020. So far there is no indication if there ever was a chain-of-custody established for the data and, now that the data have been deleted, that may never be known. The Two Mikes fully agreed with General McInerny’s conclusion that there is no need for any more evidence that the 2020 election was rigged by the Democrats, which in turn gave Biden a false vote tally and...

The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled on Friday that voters can stay on the voter rolls even after they move. Of course, the ruling is insane and adds more confusion to the election process. The Wisconsin Institute for Law and liberty says it is now up to the legislature to ensure fair and free elections and fix the law.

In an interview this week with Never Trumper Bill Kristol, (put that fact aside), Democratic strategist James Carville expressed concern that the Democratic Party is doing harm to itself with its radical social justice agenda. Having noted earlier that while the party managed to elect Joe Biden as president, he was “pretty gloomy” about the overall results, looking down-ballot. Looking ahead to the 2022 election, Carville was not overly optimistic.

Last May, hair salon owner Shelley Luther caused a stir when she was found to be in violation of the governor’s COVID order by continuing to operate her business. Luther was found to be in contempt of court and was jailed, but was later released by the Texas Supreme Court. Today, an opinion was delivered that the Texas Supreme Court concluded that the county’s order was too vague to enforce, and voided the order holding her in contempt of court.

On Friday, President Joe Biden announced creation of a commission to explore expanding the Supreme Court (“Court Packing”), which would allow him to appoint additional justices and shift the balance of the Court – but, he didn’t always think this was a good idea. When Republican Ronald Reagan was president in 1983, then-Senator Joe Biden (D-Delaware) declared the concept of court-packing a “bonehead idea” and a “terrible, terrible mistake.”

I'm the owner of a small business and I do my banking at Chase. I recently came to learn that Chase is among the list of companies that bowed to the left by expressing opposition to voter ID. The expressed reason is based on an obvious (and ironically racist) lie that minorities don't know how to get an ID and therefore requiring an ID to vote is racist. I gotta believe that they know this is false so if that assumption is true then that means their real opposition to IDs is really about the desire to game elections. My...

The large reduction in the teen abortion rate is partly the result of a higher percentage of pregnant teenagers choosing life for their preborn children. According to these new statistics, the percentage of pregnancies carried to term by women ages 15 to 19 between 1980 and 2017 increased by more than 10 percent. An even more important reason for the drop in the teen abortion rate is that teenagers are now much less likely to become pregnant in the first place. According to Guttmacher, the teen pregnancy rate peaked in 1990 at 117.6 pregnancies per thousand teenaged females (girls 15...

What is our recourse when our own government criminalizes our most basic rights while it allows Black Lives Matter and Antifa to rampage through our streets with impunity? Is there no Plan B when the federal or state governments treat all conservatives like terrorists, business owners like pariahs, and those who yearn to breathe unmasked air like murderers? Well, one Missouri county is demonstrating the importance of sheriffs and county officials returning to self-government and interposing between the governmental usurpers and the most sacred rights of the people.

The Supreme Court said Thursday that federal agents can be forced to pay out of their own pocket for religious liberty violations. The decision allows three Muslim men to seek monetary damages from FBI agents who allegedly placed them on the no-fly list as retaliation for turning down requests to become informants. Justice Clarence Thomas delivered the opinion for a unanimous Court. "This is a good decision that makes it easier to hold the government accountable when it violates Americans' religious liberties," said Lori Windham of the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, which filed a brief supporting the plaintiffs.

Republican members of the Arizona State Legislature had an election integrity hearing on Nov. 30 that included President Donald Trump’s lawyers Jenna Ellis and Rudy Giuliani. Giuliani, Ellis, and others held a hearing in front of Pennsylvania State Republican senators on earlier, where they argued that the state legislature should take steps to reclaim the ability to appoint electors to the Electoral College. Witnesses who claimed they saw allegedly illegal or irregular vote-tabulation efforts in the Keystone State also offered statements. According to GOP members of the Arizona State Legislature, the hearing is designed “to gather the evidence that justifies...

The Arizona Supreme Court agreed Monday to hear an election challenge brought by the state’s Republican Party Chair Kelli Ward concerning mail-in ballots in Maricopa County. A lower court judge dismissed her case Friday, but she took the challenge to the state’s highest court and has said a small sample of ballots and envelopes she was able to inspect showed some irregularities. Arizona results show presumptive President-elect Joseph R. Biden topping President Trump by about 10,457 votes, or 0.3%.

Mainstream media and social media legal “scholars” have been celebrating a decision by Justice Samuel Alito. After accepting U.S. Congressman Mike Kelly’s petition challenging the results of the presidential election, Justice Alito set a deadline of December 9th for the state to respond. It’s a conspicuous date since the so-called “Safe Harbor” date for picking electors is December 8th. This has been interpreted by nearly everyone as an indication the Supreme Court does not want to get involved with the election shenanigans, and that very well may be the case. But in this particularly scenario, it would behoove a reluctant...

Why is he asking William Barr of all people for information about an ongoing investigation? Barr hasn't even been conducting the investigation. Bigg's request suggests to me that he's hoping Barr will make another broad public-fooling statement about inclusive findings relating to an investigation that he hasn't even been conducting.

A Nevada hearing has revealed a host of election irregularities including: the obstruction of witnesses by the United States Postal Service; ballots cast by dead people; improperly calibrated signature verification machines; and election inspections where less than one-third of the GOP’s demands were met.

My confidence in President Trump's eventual reelection is based on a preponderance of evidence that seems blatantly clear. But there's a chance the forces arrayed against him will not allow the truth to come out. There's also a slight chance he simply doesn't want to be president anymore.

An explosive new video has captured what appears to be a Dominion Representative manipulating voter data in Gwinett County, Georgia. The video was posted online by Ron Watkins, the former administrator of 8kun. In it, it shows a man identified as a representative from Dominion Voting Systems taking data off of a central server via a USB in Gwinett County, Georgia, and then leaving with the USB in his pocket.

'The judge miraculously "found" enough ballots that he felt were okay ...' On election night, freshman Democratic Rep. Anthony Brindisi (N.Y.) trailed Republican challenger Claudia Tenney by over 28,000 votes. Then, as mail-in ballots were counted over the coming weeks, Brindisi's deficit was erased, and he trailed Tenney by just 100-200 votes, the Examiner noted. That's when Oswego County state Supreme Court Justice Scott DelConte, a Democrat, intervened, reviewing "spoiled" ballots that had been initially rejected, which gave Brindisi the lead â by just 13 votes. "BREAKING: sources on both Dem & GOP sides confirm that the final counts submitted...
