The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled on Friday that voters can stay on the voter rolls even after they move.
Of course, the ruling is insane and adds more confusion to the election process. The Wisconsin Institute for Law and liberty says it is now up to the legislature to ensure fair and free elections and fix the law.

It's obvious that their intention is to commit voter fraud, otherwise the rolls would be cleaned up.
If Supreme Courts everywhere can't even make the most obvious ruling based on logic or common sense, let alone precedent, then there is no point to having them. They are corrupt political tools and nothing more.
So even if you’re a non-resident you can vote in Wisconsin’s elections?
When do I get my ballot?!
Yes, and dead people should continue to have the right to vote too. /s
So if I send them a “ballot” written in crayon saying just “Trump” from anywhere in the world then they have to count it? What a state.
What about the NEVs ( Non Existent Voters)? Who speaks for them?
And just think!
The people saying this went to 7 years of Kollege to be this smart!
Really takes a lotta deep thinking to arrive at a Brilliant Conclusion like this based on relatively clear, simple laws.
If not, does that mean I don't have to surrender my Wisconsin Driver's License if I get a new one in Illinois? Same principle, after all. Especially if the DL is used for identification purposes.
Voter Registration Rolls are racist.
Cancel them.

I recently moved after living in the same house for 41 years. I have worked on several Republican BPOUs, including 2 years as Chairman, since 1995.
We moved right before our 2021 BPOU convention. I was scheduled to be the permanent Chairman. They still needed me as Chairman, so I participated. I no longer had a vote and didn't at the convention.
There have been great shows over the years revolving around right and wrong vs. legal and illegal. You wouldn't mind strictly looking at legal vs. illegal if there weren't so many people passing judgment who don't know right vs. wrong.
I do not understand the court’s view that people should be
on the voting rolls of two or more locations.
Justice screams out for removal of judges like this.
If you want a commission, research how we do that.
You are right, the legislature can overrule them. Only when there is a civil rights case such as barring one from voting based on race, religion and the like can courts or the feds weigh in.

If Wisconsin law as it stands does not require the scrubbing of rolls, then the Supreme Court probably made the right call. It is the responsibility of the state legislature to pass laws that require scrubbing of the rolls. If they want scrubbing, pass a law requiring this and the court says no, you can ignore the court. Or you can impeach the justices.
Why leave them on other than to allow and encourage them to vote more than once? Or, entrap them if they do? Okay, the latter is a joke since very, very few people have ever been prosecuted for voting in more than one location.
Democrats need voter fraud to win.
I was thinking the same thing. If the legislature passes a lousy law, it is not generally the role of the court to correct it.
State legislatures can act like a court and they should do so.
Wisconsin Supreme Court = Owned
Like so many others
They’re cowards. They’re afraid to rule against voter fraud.
Sounds like you could move to WI long enough to register to vote, move back to where you came from and still vote in WI.
GA is similar because you only have to “live” there for a few days and then you can register to vote. With stretched put mail-in voting or early voting, that makes it easy to come from AL, FL, LA, SC etc, stay in GA for a long weekend, vote and go back home and vote.
Stick a fork in us, we’re done. There is no election. Justice for conservatives only and it’s heavy handed justice. Leftists can burn cities down.
