The Supreme Court said Thursday that federal agents can be forced to pay out of their own pocket for religious liberty violations.
The decision allows three Muslim men to seek monetary damages from FBI agents who allegedly placed them on the no-fly list as retaliation for turning down requests to become informants. Justice Clarence Thomas delivered the opinion for a unanimous Court.
"This is a good decision that makes it easier to hold the government accountable when it violates Americans' religious liberties," said Lori Windham of the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, which filed a brief supporting the plaintiffs.

I read this a little differently,
I read that the govt or an agent of said govt cannot force you to be vaccinated against your religious beliefs, and if they put you on any list you can sue them personally as well as the govt.
Sounds all good to me
I’m alright with this, considering the extreme Government heavy handedness of the government.
This is tyranny, straight up.
Very similar to the Randy Weaver case at Ruby Ridge.
Forcing someone to be an informant against their will.
It is a universal technique employed by intelligence agencies; illegal in the United States against US citizens.
The religious issue should not be necessary.
I want any company (unless jobs where heavy interaction with high risk patients) that forces this vaccine sued out of existence.
I'm with you 1000%. Give the bullys a reason for second thought. Non bullys don't act like that.
I care little for the goat fornicators but enjoy seeing the FBI jerks taken to the woodshed.
We need more of that, much more.
Well, now we have “precedent”!
Islam is still a war plan.
SCOTUS, now do FISA abuse. Carter Page will have the case before you soon.
“how’d they find out who put them on the list???”
I suppose they would start with the people who tried to make them informers. Now they will figure it out soon enough
figuring it out and getting confirmation/proof are two different things
I don’t have a problem with this as long as it applies to Christians, Jews, and others as well as Muslims.
Employers should start firing Democrat employees to make way for the migrants. Democrat employees voted for the flood of migrants. Let those hard working migrants replace them.
Employers should not fire Republicans, unless they want to be controlled more by the government and taxed out of business soon.
