NOVEMBER 22, 1963 was a day many Americans still living will never forget.... The President and Vice President were in Dallas... Most of the Cabinet were on a plane bound for Tokyo... The country was preparing for Thanks giving which I was looking forward to spending with Helen Fairbanks, my teenage love, in Baltimore. Whether you liked JFK or not, you found yourself listening to Peter, Paul and Mary, the Sound of Music and a song about "chickenfat" supporting Kennedy's fitness program. You were YOUNG. Even going to Atlantic City High you could wake up JOYFUL. It was just something...

I won't keep you in suspense...lapisi is garbage in Samoan...here goes: I think we all search for Truth to guide us in our lives....Right combat soldiers? Some of us more than others, but sooner or later the Wonders and the Carnage that we see and feel in our lives compel us to try to strike a balance.... to explain all this. I've found mine, tho I was blessed with an After Death Experience that made it fairly simple.....prompting one Torah scholar, one Catholic scholar and one Protestant scholar to each tell me the experience was in accord with their religious...

Thirty years ago I used to drink whiskey and play chess with several of the MP's and PMI's at Ft. Hood. Though it never rated five stars, the place was home when I was on pass from my own installation. Fifty-five years ago the subways I rode had Radio Free Europe Ads promoting beaming the Truth behind the Iron Curtain. Today we keep the truth from our own people. The very protoges of the journalists so enraged by Bill Moyers lying about Vietnam now routinely lie or refuse access to the Truth. The American people just yawn and vote Democrat....

Fox News Behaving Badly? -- Jack Engelhard October 15, 2009 02:27 PM EDT The Obama administration has found the enemy and it is Fox News. The New York Times and CNN got it straight from the lips of White House communications director Anita Dunn who revealed that, “We’re going to treat them [Fox News] the way we would treat an opponent.” Hello Lady? The press is SUPPOSED to be an opponent! That’s why it’s called the Fourth Estate, to keep a sharp eye on the other three Estates, executive, legislative, judicial. Nowhere is it written that the press shall collaborate...

No dichotomy is 100%....all you have to do is contemplate a molecule to know just how perilous our existence really is. After all, if whatever keeps those electrons orbiting around those neutrons [protons fit in there somewhere, but it's been half a century since I took chemistry class] suddenly stopped being there, EVERYTHING would cease to exist in the twinkling of an eye [which would also cease to exist]. That being so I suppose the "heil obamas" resounding around the world shouldn't get under my skin, but I have children I held in my arms under the orders of this...

This just in from Holocaust survivor and world famous author Jack Engelhard ***************************************** TRADE IN GRANDMA AND OTHER CLUNKERS by Jack Engelhard Hello, I’m from the government and I’m here to help. Our “cash for clunkers” has proven to be so successful that we’ve decided to extend the program for cars – and for people. Of course there is no place to trade in your elderly, people, in other words, that have too much mileage on them. You cannot simply dump and deposit seniors in some lot, get cash for them, and then go home. So as part of our...

This just in from world famous author and Holocaust survivor Jack Engelhard... *********************************************** Report Your Neighbors If They Dissent on Obama’s HealthCare Package - Jack Engelhard The White House is asking us to inform on people who disrespect the current bill on health care, a bill which nobody has read in full – but never mind. According to reports in the news media, Americans are to be on alert for anything that sounds “fishy” in connection to this proposed legislation. In other words, if you, a walking-talking citizen, voice any sort of objection, you are to be reported. As the...

A HOLOCAUST SURVIVOR'S CHILLING NIGHTMARE by John W. Cassell Everyone in this country who so blindly shreiks "Heil Obama!", who countenances, even praises, what this pitiful excuse for a leader is DOING to America should take a moment to read this account of what effect the phenomenon of obamanation is having on a survivor of the Holocaust. Reprinted by permission. "Obama’s “Jewish Experts” By Jack Engelhard This is getting uncomfortable. A few days ago, George Mitchell once again expressed his position, and opposition, even to “natural growth” in Judea and Samaria. Both Mitchell and Hillary Clinton speak for themselves and...

I was electrified by Jack Engelhard's Bathsheba Deadline, an original novel. Some novel! It is more a primer for survival as we near the second decade of The Century of Sellout and Terror. As of this writing, this article had over 230 hits on Gather: *********************** The Bathsheba Deadline: An Original Novel Paraphrasing one of Western culture's more infamous 19th Century authors There is a Spirit abroad in the land...neither president nor prime minister...neither pope nor parliament can exorcise it... In its face, the great civilizations of the Western World cower, for they can prevail not against it... ...like the...

At 0230 I typed the words THE END into my manuscript of UNCERTAIN PARADISE: 1973 ***The Latter Days***. It was electronically submitted to my publisher...the contract is signed. I told my wife I was within ten or so pages of finishing it yesterday morning. Her reaction: "Hmmmm." After nearly thirty years of marriage I was able to translate: wake me up when we're rich. She's got to be kidding. Barack Obama mentions a book and it's a best seller. He'll never read my stuff. Part One of Uncertain Paradise: 1973 deliberately left several threads unresolved. That is, after all, what...

OUTTA SIGHT! [PART TWO] The Winnowing of the Candidates By John W. Cassell Where have all the candidates gone…short time passing? This is my attempt at an answer to the question "where has the spontaneity gone" asked earlier. This is where it gets tricky, folks. This is the part we never see. They don't cast any blinking, blinding bright lights on THIS process…no music and special effects psychologically calculated to bring a human being to the point of joyful tears, no matter WHAT is going on at the podium. This is where both the spontaneity went and the real power...

WHERE IS THE SPONTANEITY TODAY? What is taking its place…and why? by John W. Cassell How long has it been? I mean the last time a political convention really did its job…chose who was to be the party’s nominee for president and vice-president? Maybe some of you can correct me, but the last I remember anxiously keeping score as the individual state delegations cast their ballots was the Democrat Convention in 1960, where Kennedy beat Johnson. From the history books come much more intense struggles. The 1948 Republican Convention was a hog fight between Governor Dewey and Senator Taft. If...

POLITICAL COMMENTATORS ANONYMOUSCASTING OFF THE OBSESSION by John W. Cassell Do you find yourself boiling inside when you see a so-called “news program”? or when you listen to the endless collection of parasitic “talking heads” on the more in-depth media atrocities on current events?Do you often feel that only you and maybe one or two others are aware that the two candidates running for president are stone idiots? That this farce we will be enduring through January of next year is but a shabby remake…a very shabby remake… of THE EMPEROR’S NEW CLOTHES…..but that everyone else [almost] sees the capability, wisdom...

I read today that Sen. Phil Gramm [R-Tex] resigned under pressure from the McCain campaign because the media was having a field day over his comment that America "had become a nation of whiners". Once again we have allowed these charlatans of television news and print media to dictate what goes and what doesn't go in a presidential campaign. I mean it was bad enough that we let them saddle us with two of the three worst candidates in history [hillary clinton was terrible too]. A decent man or woman wouldn't dare subject himself and his family to the type...

Nicholson Baker and Pat Buchanan are high on the list of Osama Bin Laden's "Favorite Infidels". They have done the impossible. They have written well-selling books proclaiming that World War II should NOT have been fought. Sir Winston Churchill was the real villian of the Forties they claim. They claim that World War II marked the destruction of the West. Because Britain, France and The Netherlands were bled white by the war, they could no longer hold on to their colonies. Aw pshaw. To digress a moment, young presidential candidate Adolf Hitler perceived a problem selling Nazism to the German...

On July 3rd I went to the local Walgreen's. While standing in the shade out front I was passed by an elderly gentleman on his way inside. I thought I saw the words "Bomb Group" accross the pocket of his polo shirt. So when he came out I stopped him. The shirt said "440th Bomb Group". "World War II?" I asked. "Yes!" He smiled. I shook his hand, adding sadly "the last one we won". "The last one we tried to win." "Amen, Brother." As I watched him go out of sight my mind was on the 56,000 who never...

This is in response to Jack Engelhard's blog posting "Rev.Wright/Al Campanis: Second Acts for Some..." Jack's point is simple. We are told that we are to take the Rev. Jeremiah Wright's remarks such as "God Damn America" and Israel is "white racist" over the past twenty years Barack Hussein Obama has been a member of his church "in context with his achievements". Jack then reviews the fate of Al Campanis, former General Manager of the Dodgers, who after one racist remark was banned [and later died] in disgrace despite the "context" of a lifetime of assisting with breaking Baseball's "color...
