I think the administration needs to take up the Lou attitude.
Lou was a controls engineer at one of the company’s I worked for.
Was a Marine Officer at one time. He had what was called a bad attitude.
Anyways, one of the owners came up to him and started chewing his butt, for what I don’t know. Lou just sat there and calmly lit a cigarette. The owner said, No smoking allowed in the building. Put that out.
Lou sat back in his chair, put his legs up on his desk, crossed his legs, took a big drag off his smoke, blew it in his face and said, Make me.
Article 1 section 8 clause 18 Long-standing Supreme Court precedent recognizes Congress as having plenary power over immigration, giving it almost complete authority to decide whether foreign nationals (aliens, under governing statutes and case law) may enter or remain in the United States.
Ahhh...
But the ruling is not about the state government or it’s law enforcement agencies assisting the fed...
It’s about a law passed by the state legislature attempting to regulate immigration in the state of Florida.
And I didn’t call you or anyone else a jackass...
I was checking that pesky constitution thingie and there it was!!!!
The power to regulate immigration was specifically granted to the fed.
This means that a state or local government cannot pass any laws pertaining to immigration.
IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
While this judge is a looney tune leftist, even a broken clock is right twice a day.
Correct ruling.
Our contract with NATO has not been upheld by the countries that signed it.
Therefore, the contract is null and void.
Get us the hell out of there while there is still time
I was checking that pesky constitution thingie and there it was...
The fed was granted the specific right to regulate immigration..
That means that individual states cannot pass immigration laws... it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!
A stooge judge maybe, but even a broken clock is right twice a day.
I was checking that pesky constitution thingie and there it was in writing...
The power regulate immigration was specifically granted to the fed.
This means that the states cannot pass ANY laws pertaining to immigration.
