However, I do feel sorry for this man. But he should save his anger for the “woman”. If he doesn't want to buy anymore things for her, fine, and this “woman” doesn't deserve anything. However, he can't take away the toys that he ha already bought. So this man is a bit of a jerk, but the mom is worse for deceiving him.
Good for you. Meanwhile, I’m a liberal, who tries to read conservative books. Occasionally, the arguments are actually compelling. I actually do respect Glenn Beck.
Not the same, the child never hurt this man. Antonio's not an innocent child. Antonio sabotaged Shylock for years and stole from him because Shylock is a Jew. Portia defrauded him. Shylock was denied his revenge SOLELY because he was a Jew. Shylock's daughter betrayed him and was stolen from him thanks to a plot that Antonio and Bassionio most likely participated in. Antonio even took away Shylock's religion from him after Shylock was not allowed to get his revenge. Shylock wanted revenge not because of envy, but because of Antonio's sabotage, bullying and plotting to impoverish him (and he succeeded in impoverishing Shylock.) Shylock was abused and is a victim. This man is a jerk who doesn't care about a little girl. This little girl did not bully this man. Antonio bullied Shylock. The child, unlike Antonio who wronged Shylock repeatedly, did nothing but enjoy the gifts she got from somebody who she THOUGHT loved her.
No, that man is not Shylock. That little girl did nothing to him. His fight should be with the mother, he shouldn’t hurt the girl. Antonio bullied Shylock. Shylock didn’t try to get revenge on Antonio because he envied him, he tried to get revenge because Antonio bullied him constantly. Shylock didn’t get to do it solely because he was a Jew. Shylock was the victim. This man isn’t the victim here, the child is.
