I’ve been on it for several months. Some days I’ll get that big calorie burger and onion rings (coming in around 1200 calories) but i’m still 800 calories (or so) under the recommended calorie intake.
Some days it’s just a burger, or fish sammich, or baked fish and a veggie. Regardless, it’s one meal a day.
I run a booth at the local flea market on weekends so I’m constantly busy (walking, some minor lifting, etc.). I’m no exercise nut but I get enough.
I eat one meal a day, usually between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., no snacks, flavored water later on if I get hungry.
I’ve lost 25-30 lbs and now wear shorts with my belt pulled in to the 3rd notch (getting ready to go to 4) and a few months ago I could barely get into them. They now fold over when I use the belt and look nerdy, so I wear t-shirts to cover my waist up..
