No such thing as bad cholesterol. They’ve lied to us about cholesterol for many decades. Cholesterol has nothing, zero to do with plaque and clogged arteries. Insulin resistance causes it. Statins, the most prescribed drug, are horrible, leading cause of dementia. Much new research is being done in this area. The big cholesterol lie started with Eisenhower’s heart attack, which spawned the Framingham study. Healthy people should have very high cholesterol. I’ve been on the carnivore diet for 2 years now, and my cholesterol is through the roof. Doctors are almost ALL quacks who want us all on statins.

I’ve been straight carnivore for almost 2 years. It’s EXTREMELY heart healthy. We have been lied to about cholesterol. No such thing as bad cholesterol, no such thing as too high cholesterol. It’s not related to cardiovascular disease whatsoever. Cholesterol is very helpful and necessary, especially helpful for the brain and prevention of dementia. Statins are pure evil, and are the most prescribed drug. Plaque in arteries is a result of insulin resistance.

For cancer, keto is a must, but also ivermectin and Fenbendazole protocols. I follow Dr. Makis on X, very enlightening. He’s a Canadian oncologist whose protocols are curing all sorts of end stage cancer. The Canadian government has been trying to throw him in prison for a while.

Wow how cool to have been passed by Intrepid! Indeed a beautiful boat, she was my favorite 12 meter, with the low boom enabled by the blocks being below the flush deck. Galvalumn metal roof. Mine is of the external fastener variety, 100 year roof, 160 mph gusts during Irma, and Ian hit after that. Stay away fro any kind of tile roof. They are the worst.

It’s a claim if you’re claiming it’s muzzle flash lol. Seriously though, something is up with the light (laser range finder?) and I first saw the Cullen vid where he had the footage and said it looked like muzzle flash. He has since realized it wasn’t muzzle flash but it’s still weird.
