Publix has standing rib roasts on sale right now for $6.99/lb. You are allowed one per day. Got my third big one today. Loading up my freezer. I eat a steak every day 😎.

I often find “manager’s special” beef that is half price because it’s the last day to be sold. As long as it looks good, I buy it and cook or freeze the same day.
