I buy real Pseudofed, behind the counter up to the maximum limit every month. Haven't bought this other junk except the very first time it was substituted and realized it was worthless.
I'm sure it's not the only thing that puts me on the Secret Police's watchlist.
No, you can't, because real Sudo is limited to so many purchases per month.
The drug they're talking about removing isn't Sudo, it's a worthless placebo. The FDA is actually right, for once, but people have been trying to tell them for 20 years that the replacement used for real Sudo is crap.
The semi-ban on pseudoephedrine is one of the stupidest provisions of the USA Patriot act. It's not "easy" to cook meth with it, and the quantities required to get a decent cook are a red light that any pharmacist could alert law enforcement to.
All the semi-ban has done is make it more difficult for small drug makers to function, while making the Mexican superlabs, which use methylamine (or produce methylamine by reducing precursors with strong bases) all the more profitable.
Pseudoephedrine works. But they decided to put small methlab operators who use smurfs to buy the original OTC Sudo out of business. The result was simply to make the Mexican superlabs even more profitable, and aggravate anyone with upper respiratory problems to either use the replacement, which is crap, or show their DLs and get put on a watchlist if they wanted to continue to use real Sudo, which is a miracle drug.
The correct response is to take Pseudoephedrine off the controlled schedule and put it back on the unrestricted OTC, and get rid of the useless substitute they've been pushing for 20 years.
Correct analysis of the demographic, but let's not forget that these idiots elected John Murtha to the US House until his death, so there's a history of political cluelessness there.
Doesn’t even need to go to court. Under regular order this is subject to the review of a state board which would take a very dim very of this maneuver no matter who attempted it.
Worth a read if you think the tarring and feathering of abusive officials in any way compares with the thousands of Americans left in the putrid holds of British Warships to die of dehydration, starvation and disease. https://allthingsliberty.com/2013/12/5-myths-tarring-feathering/
And British provocations: hanging POWs, allowing POWs to die in disgusting conditions on “prison” ships, sacking and burning towns, commandeering grain and stock, even of people who were loyal subjects of the crown, and general rapine and depredation throughout the countryside didn’t improve their image any.
In fact, the British were war criminals even by the almost non-existent standards of the day. Washington deliberately eschewed their tactics to prove we were better. And we were.
