Anna Nicole’s Estate did NOT get money. That’s the FINAL decision. Formally, Smith fought against Executrix Mrs. Pierce Marshall not Howard Marshall’s Estate. Pierce was the sole heir of the H. Marshall Estate and when he died in 2006 his wife became his Executrix. Formally, Smith fought against the Pierce Marshall Estate NOT the Howard Marshall Estate. Your comment about JHM Estate “investigation” is malicious and ignorant. BTW, Smith was not a multi-millionaire when she died. Smith’s Estate was insolvent with huge debts, bills, etc. Smith’s Trimspa contract was revoked with impending fraud lawsuit.

Vickie Hogan’s estranged father Donald Hogan died of lung cancer in 2009. He was convicted child molester. Hogan molested Virgie Arthur’s sister aged 13. Virgie Arthur was Vickie’s estranged mother who doesn’t have a legal basis for wrongful death lawsuit.

Arthur lost defamation lawsuit against TMZ, CBS, Stern, Birkhead, et al. because the court found she was not defamed. She had a child with her stepbrother. Arthur admitted in her deposition she had a fake marriage with her first cousin in order to defraud insurance ( because her cousin was gravely ill and had no insurance ). She also admitted she used a belt to beat her daughter Vickie.

O’Quinn’s law firm who represented Arthur will have to pay L.L Wood’s attorney fees which are around $1M.

Birkhead and Stern were hanger-ons, Virgie was Anna Nicole’s Mother. Big difference. Bereaved mothers don’t want to make a profit off of a dead children.

BTW, there are no “heroes” in Anna Nicole’s saga of horrors.

The court documents showed that Virgie Arthur sold Daniel Smith's Texas memorial service to ET for around $20,000. She also had an exclusive contract with SPLASH TABLOID AGENCY from 2005. She raked nearly $400,000 from 2005-2009.

Virgie Arthur made Daniel's and Vickie's death a lucrative business which she greedily milked until the last drop. That's why her frivolous defamation lawsuit FAILED.

Virgie Arhur’s “reputation” was permanently tarnished. Nothing and nobody can change that. Nobody defamed Virgie Arthur, she defamed herself. She cannot re-write her biography. Virgie Arthur wants money control and custody over Anna’s child, though she has a living father. American people know that Virgie is all about money. She wants to be money manager not a loving granny. Virgie has $88 mil. reasons to fight for Dannielynn’s custody.
Virgie Arthur insinuated on FOX TV, that Dannielynn’s father was homosexual. Very bad behavior, indeed. What did Birkhead family say when they heard that scandalous remark on National TV?

Virgie Arthur CONFESSED that she hit Anna Nicole with the belt/ HKS v. R.Cosby, Arthur’s declaration. The truth about Virgie is awful and cannot be hushed.

Donald Hogan was CONVICTED child rapist. He raped Virgie Arthur's sister Kay, aged 10. Plus, he was estranged parent.
