If you secretly admire Trump, now’s the time to admit it. Shock your coworkers. Scandalise the wife. Today a grace period descends over politics in which even people who’ve labelled him Hitler and called for him to be removed must grit their teeth and say, “I-guess-he’s-kind-of-admirable.”
Try awesome. Like Moby Dick or the Terminator, Trump is a force of nature. Think of all this man has gone through in eight years. He’s been been impeached (twice), accused of rape, arrested, condemned in court, labelled a traitor, survived Covid and now shot in the ear. Who can doubt he will win in November?!
In the United States, every assassination attempt is a tragedy but every near-miss is a triumph – because Americans are schooled in what could’ve been. Lincoln. Kennedy. King. This time, the target got back up. Trump punched the air, he yelled “Fight!”, and the crowd chanted “USA! USA!” American patriotism is not defined by easy success but victory over adversity, the survival of the pioneer wagon against almighty odds. Remember: Rocky lost in the first movie, he didn’t win till the second. And in the fourth he single-handedly brought down the Soviet Union.....
This time, the plan failed. The man in the arena fights on. The photographs are astonishing: the bullet zipping through the air; Trump on the floor, as if in prayer; then elevated by security, crowned by the Stars and Stripes fluttering over their heads. The latter image looks, in composition, similar to the famous shot of soldiers raising the flag at Iwo Jima in 1945. America revives, Trump survives. And lashed to the great whale are his opponents, drowned by the very beast they have tried to harpoon.

It's not the far right, it's the republican establishment, Never Trumpers, and RINOs.
Telegraph gets it right. The Guardian is no doubt grumbling.
I would not say unstoppable. The deep state will try again.
They aren’t done. There will be more attempts on his life. I pray he stays safe. They went after MLk jr one before finishing the job. The polls need to start showing Trump with consistent double digits leads. The rats need to expect and accept defeat. It’s not yet the time to come together. It’s time to win and then bring the country together under a MAGA banner.
The patriotic symbolism of Trump’s “fight” is the iconic image that will reach those that haven’t invested much time understanding the details of what’s actually been going on. For the rest of us already in the know, we’re left deliberating the details an assassination attempt that has far more questions than answers.
Today is a solemn day for me given what happened yesterday. Feels surreal.

At the moment the MSM new tactic seems to be use the fear of more and increasing violence to scare people into voting against Trump. This will be especially aimed at women

Tell Trump’s people to stand down? .... Seriously? ... What the hell is it that we, “Trump’s people”, are supposed to have done? ... Go to work everyday? Pay our taxes? Take care of our families? Obey the laws? Go to church?
... blaming “Trump’s People” seems to be the universal response by the leftist propaganda media: it’s time for CONSERVATIVES to stand down and halt all of their violence ... this is like something right of the novel “1984” or a Kafka novel, since ALL of the violence AT EVERY LEVEL has been perpetuated by the hard left ... ALL OF IT ...
What will be really interesting is that if his lead becomes too big to steal, the Dems may just give up any steal attempt at all (too risky — and going to fail anyway, so why bother?) and without any Dem fraud, you could really get a GOP landslide.

I noted they failed to mention the people in this government attempted to criminally undermine, compromise and overthrow presidential candidate Trump and then again as sitting president of the United States.
