Judge Seidlin now in the hot seat is a good thing - something to keep an eye on as the circle around the gruesome threesome tightens - prayers up for Virgie

I likewise hate the news.
Blogger jailed for contempt in Smith case.Houstonian Lyndal Harrington says the computer shes been told to produce was stolen. The judge said shes lying.

Good. Glad to hear this.
Virgie Arhur’s “reputation” was permanently tarnished. Nothing and nobody can change that. Nobody defamed Virgie Arthur, she defamed herself. She cannot re-write her biography. Virgie Arthur wants money control and custody over Anna’s child, though she has a living father. American people know that Virgie is all about money. She wants to be money manager not a loving granny. Virgie has $88 mil. reasons to fight for Dannielynn’s custody.
Virgie Arthur insinuated on FOX TV, that Dannielynn’s father was homosexual. Very bad behavior, indeed. What did Birkhead family say when they heard that scandalous remark on National TV?
Virgie had a contract with SPLASH/ David Lee, her “family friend.”
Virgie’s lawyer, Stephen Tunstall negotiated Virgie’s media deals, ABC/Good morning America,...etc. You can find all impotrant details about Virgie’s media deals in NY POST article, “Not so nice granny”, or Imnotobsessed.com “Virgie brought Splash reporter to take pictures of Anna Nicole at the morgue.” National Enquirer, “Anna Nicole’s final photo in black plastic bag,....
According to Mr. Lee/Splash, Virgie sold picture of young Daniel, and faked posed on Daniel’s grave to make pictures more “emotive”.
Virgie Arthur CONFESSED that she hit Anna Nicole with the belt/ HKS v. R.Cosby, Arthur’s declaration. The truth about Virgie is awful and cannot be hushed.
As for the ‘struck with a belt’ stuff - well, I've venture over 80% of America brought up thru the 60/70’s were ‘struck with a belt’ during their upbringing - usually a lot more than once. It's a pretty lame reason to hate on Virgie for doing the same 'once'. IMO, if the belt had been used more judiciously in the last 20 years, we'd have far fewer ‘gangstas’ and punks running around our cities and suburbs who think they own the world.
Had Mrs. Arthur been given custody or even regular visitation of her granddaughter, one can be absolutely sure that DL would not have been pimped out in the manner she was, continues to be, and will be in the future.
Nothing Mrs. Arthur has done is comparable to the turmoil DL's mother, her brother, and DL, herself, was put thru by those now under investigation. JMO
Good points.
btw, have you watched the "clown video'? Have you followed the facts in Anna Nicole and her son's last days? Have you even read the indictments against Howie and the doctors?
You joined us in December 2008 - how special - and you are living in California I see. Hmmmmmmmm who do you work for?
Just inquisitive - because there was another site that was hijacked by Sternoids and Brikheads....and they wandered over here to spread vitriol.
Be kind - Virgie has paid her dues - not lived off her daughter or granddaughter - like - let me think - HOWARD STERN AND LARRY BRIKHEAD.
bonnie stern forensic report. :)Very interesting.

wow! now I’d like to see a report like this on ANS and Daniel’s computers ;)
:)Maybe you will.

the linked article includes mention of the Anna Nicole case. Jean Rosenbluth sums up LA’s position on phoning in prescriptions, prescribing from other states, etc.
exerpt:
Brown handed the investigation over to the Los Angeles district attorney’s office, which filed charges of conspiring to provide Smith with prescription drugs.
Brown said the suspects broke the law because Smith was a “known addict.” The former boyfriend and doctors denied the charges.
-snip-
Jean Rosenbluth, a University of Southern California law professor, said the agency’s involvement in the Jackson case suggests authorities are looking into whether drugs came from out of state.
-snip - Federal drug regulations include controls over whether and how frequently a doctor can write prescriptions over the phone, and DEA agents could be looking to see if these rules were broken, Rosenbluth said.
“You can’t just get on the phone and continue to prescribe something for someone without having seen them for a long period of time,” she said.
