I would like to solicit opinions on whether I should save the umbilical cord blood of my baby-to-be, who will arrive a few months from now. I am debating between donating the blood to a public bank versus banking it for potential use for my child or another family member. I recently gained some insight as to why the public education system cannot attract enough qualified teachers. A year and a half ago, I enrolled in what was advertised as a part time program for working people wanting to earn a teaching certificate. Once I enrolled, I found that the program was nothing but JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS.
