Report: Democrats Quietly Saying Kamala Harris’s Price-Control Plan Will Be Killed in Congress

Multiple Democrat lawmakers are quietly telling allies worried about Vice President Kamala Harris’s controversial grocery price-control plan that the proposal will die in Congress, Politico revealed.

After economists pushed back on Harris’s “Soviet-style” plan to centrally administer price controls on food in her first policy-focused speech on August 16, one anonymous Democrat told the outlet that it was a “lofty goal.”

“I honestly still don’t know how this would work,” a second lawmaker said.

IF Princess Kamala is installed as the “historic” President in a contentious election, and if she brings in the House and Senate for the Dems, they will have power to quickly run roughshod over the populace.

SCOTUS held off on any decisions until new packing. Police under federal control and review boards and defunded. ICE abolished. Automatic voting and citizenship for all border crossers with no wall or other impediments. All illegals allowed Medicare and Social Security. All elections under federal election control.

But she’s going to spend like a drunken sailor and that isn’t going to be stopped. That will result in out-of-control inflation AGAIN. And the Dems will resort to calling manufacturers and retailers “profiteers” and say they are “price-gouging” to try to bully them into keeping prices low (and thus, lose money). The manufacturers and retailers will go out of business or increase prices, which ultimately will result in the Dems enacting some type of soft price controls (if, God forbid, they stay in charge). We are back to the worst of the 1930s and 1940s economic policy. They shouldn’t be close to winning with these policies, but they are. It shows how far we’ve regressed as a country that so many people are going to vote for this insanity.

All the Republicans in Congress need to do is come out and say: Don't worry, anything like that that comes before us will end there. We will not allow any socialist policies out of our Congress...EVER. But first you have to elect us and Trump to guarantee it will never happen.

Two of the most liberal news organizations in the United States have hit Harris over her economic policy that, to many, appears to be the blueprint for a Soviet-style socialist remake of our nation.
