Have I missed it, or has anyone reacted to the Hannity/DeBlasio interview?

Like “Mars” on National Geographic TV, I’ve been DVR’ing “Life Below Zero”, and found it to be some great TV. Unfortunately, like “Mars”, I just watched an episode that propagandized “climate change” to the point that the Goebbels photo would apply. So disappointing.

I had such high hopes for this series, because I am intensely interested in space exploration and the possible man landing on Mars. Add to that, it's directed by Ron Howard, so I had every expectation of a quality production. Instead of an intriguing documentary on what could occur with a man landing on Mars, we get a sermon on corporate exploitation of the earth and, eventually, another freaking planet! Including fawning interviews with Greenpeace activists. Such a disappointment.

Republican Gov. Tim Pawlenty Tuesday ordered all state agencies to not to submit applications to any health care funding from the federal government related to the health care overhaul. Any applications must be either required by law or approved by the governor's office. The Condoleezza Rice State Department is proving more adept at diplomacy than the Colin Powell State Department. Part of her success is tied to her cagey effort to move John Bolton from Washington to New York, where he serves -- minus Senate confirmation -- as the ambassador to the United Nations. It was the smile that told the story. If you wanted to know what kind of game or practice or news conference Daunte Culpepper was about to produce, you needed only to check his expression. The presence of that grin, former coach Mike Tice used to say, always foretold success.

PHOENIX — Twins Hall of Famer Kirby Puckett died tonight. Puckett suffered a massive stroke Sunday morning at his home in Scottsdale, Ariz., and underwent surgery. He had been transferred to St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix. Family members assembled at the hospital Monday to make the decision on life support. The people with knowledge of Puckett’s condition said he was expected to be removed from the life support sometime Monday.

There's a PBS special on Ricky Nelson in my area tonight. I'm assuming it's on at different times/dates in different areas, so check your local listings. While not a big PBS fan, I'll go out on a limb and say this is a can't miss if you have any appreciation for the "Golden Age of Rock n Roll."
