Oh shut up. 90% freepers angrily rush to ejaculate their indignation before they even read follow up comments by OP and clarification. Same morons behind Salem Witch hysteria. Just keep doing the bidding of the money masters and push the greed is good mantra as Obama destroys our currency and economy. The one unforgiveable sin on here is daring to suggest that the super rich are getting away with murder. Under Obama George Soros and others in the Bilderburg group have made trillions of dollars while the clueless sheeple castigate anyone who suggests not everyone is paying what they should in taxes. Morons have no clue how much money has been extracted from our economy through purely LEGAL means, it is mind boggling, it easily dwards our national debt and trade deficit combined! The responses to this article have been very interesting as a sociological spectrum of Freepers. Way too many on here need serious psychiatric help, or they are so filled with hate and loathing they excoriate anyone who doesn’t follow the hyper-materialist mantra. I am 100% for capitalism, it is the best economic system and allows for the most prosperity. My comments were not a critique of capitalism, but rather a hyper narrow subset of capitalists who exploit and even rig the system for their own selfish benefit and for the interests of their hyper rich buddies. But no one seems to care, both Bush and Obama paid off the wall street bankers who are responsible for the recessions and the mortgage and credit bubbles, in fact most of them got bonuses. They took the bailout/stimulus money and have been using it to loan to their fellow banker friends at almost 0% interest while small business and the middle class still can’t get loans. It’s pathetic. Most of the replies in this thread were so infantile and outright hostile. Even after I explained I did not support the assertions people were making and further clarified about 1,000 more freepers just ignored all that and got their passive aggressive fix by attemping character assassination, and even wishing evil on someone who is on the side of liberty and truth. Shame on you. You will answer to God for your wickedness. Repent or burn in the Lake of Fire you fornicators, you blasphemers and liars! To the extremely small percentage of you who actually reserved a knee jerk judgement and read all my replies and engaged in actual civil, rational discourse I thank you.

Note that the govt. does not factor in energy and food prices in their inflation calculation. Inflation is skyrocketing and if you factor these in it is even worse. This is all by design people! The Fed is trashing the value of the dollar by pumping out more fiat currency, and driving up inflation!

Wow way to misrepresent! I am no assclown. No I explicitly stated in follow up posts I am not against people working hard and earning a lot of money! I don’t want them to “pay higher taxes” or “steal their money”. This position you are arguing against I DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO! How much clearer can I make it? This is tiresome. I am not a thief and you shouldn’t throw such an accusation like that out there so easily. I am talking SOLELY about the “super rich”, this is people earning multiple billions. The guys working on Wall Street as traders or analysts are not the ones defrauding the US taxpayers, in collusion with the US govt. to steal trillions, or making power moves behind the scenes as part of the NWO agenda. If you want to work hard and be rich, fine great! I wish you well. I am not against the rich at all.

I am aware of the tax code, and it is not so ridiculously complex by accident, it’s by design! If we had a simple flat tax that would stop a lot of the abuses I’m talking about.

You are the only one I see trolling. I don’t envy anyone. I’m all for people working hard and making a lot of money, as longs they don’t break the law and try to destroy America. Your anti-Christian bias paints as a bigot as well. Go troll somewhere else fool!

You can’t prosecute them, the whole system is bought and paid for and they own it all. For every sacrificial lamb, like a Madoff, there are people much more powerful, who benefited to a much greater degree from their criminal actions and they’ll never see a day in jail. How many people have been prosecuted, let alone found guilty, for the latest meltdown we had?

That is good information, sorry if I was too defensive in my last reply to you, just getting sick of being accused dozens of times of holing to policies which I am totally against. Will watch that video. Not surprising.

Well you fail once again at basic reading comprehension so your charge of stupidity is misplaced.

Once again: You are arguing against policies I don’t hold. See my post #46 and subsequent posts.

Uh you seriously need to re-read that post. I already enumerated how they are not paying them. You would need to hire an army of forensic accountants to find all the TENS OF TRILLIONS the super rich have stashed away illegally - this has been going on for hundreds of years, but computers and networks make it much easier and much harder to get caught.

I agree. The tricky part is getting the votes needed to ratify such an Amendment. Is this possible in our lifetimes?

Wow you should contact the CIA, since you obviously are a true clairvoyant I’m sure they could use your skills!

It’s hilarious you posted that huge indignant novel, yet you couldn’t be bothered to read any of my replies where I clearly and explicitly clarify that I am not “against the rich” or wish to “steal from the rich” or have you pay an insane tax ate. I never once said “Please let the super rich be taxed more!” I merely expect them to pay what the tax rate is and stop using illegal and nefarious means of hiding their assets, stop manipulating the free markets (anyone who disputes this point is utterly delusional), stop propping up failed leaders like Obama, and to generally behave as good citizens should. How is this being ‘selfish’ or ‘self-serving’? Please go take a Xanax and calm down.

You were the one who initiated the name calling oh ye of low IQ. I was not “called” on anything, you obviously are not in the field of law since you can’t make the distinction between an ad hominem and a statement of fact. I said in my original post I disagreed with his opinions, but did agree on one point that the super rich do avoid paying the tax rate in numerous, often criminal ways. Further this adulation for the super rich and knee jerk defense of them is woefully misguided and shows your ignorance in their great complicity in the destruction of America and establishment of a New World Order. Adults don’t jump to an ill formed conclusion and start hurling insults and accusations. You’ve amply demonstrated you would rather try to make yourself feel better by attacking someone rather than engaging in serious discourse so I’m done with your ilk.
