    Patrick,

How dare you defend both evolution and the scientific method!

Please post you recantation immediately using the following format.

I, Galileo Galilei, son of the late Vincenzo Galilei, Florentine, aged seventy years, arraigned personally before this tribunal, and kneeling before you, most Eminent and Reverend Lord Cardinals, Inquisitors general against heretical depravity throughout the whole Christian Republic, having before my eyes and touching with my hands, the holy Gospels -- swear that I have always believed, do now believe, and by God's help will for the future believe, all that is held, preached, and taught by the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Roman Church.

But whereas -- after an injunction had been judicially intimated to me by this Holy Office, to the effect that I must altogether abandon the false opinion that the sun is the centre of the world and immovable, and that the earth is not the center of the world, and moves, and that I must hold, defend, or teach in any way whatsoever, verbally or in writing, the said doctrine, and after it had been notified to me that the said doctrine was contrary to Holy Scripture -- I wrote and printed a book in which I discuss this doctrine already condemned, and adduce arguments of great cogency in its favor, without presenting any solution of these; and for this cause I have been pronounced by the Holy Office to be vehemently suspected of heresy, that is to say, of having held and believed that the sun is the center of the world and immovable, and that the earth is not the center and moves:

Therefore, desiring to remove from the minds of your Eminences, and of all faithful Christians, this strong suspicion, reasonably conceived against me, with sincere heart and unfeigned faith I abjure, curse, and detest the aforesaid errors and heresies, and generally every other error and sect whatsoever contrary to the said Holy Church; and I swear that in the future I will never again say or assert, verbally or in writing, anything that might furnish occasion for a similar suspicion regarding me; but that should I know any heretic, or person suspected of heresy, I will denounce him to this Holy Office, or to the Inquisitor and ordinary of the place where I may be.

Further, I swear and promise to fulfill and observe in their integrity all penances that have been, or that shall be, imposed upon me by this Holy Office. And, in the event of my contravening, (which God forbid) any of these my promises, protestations, and oaths, I submit myself to all the pains and penalties imposed and promulgated in the sacred canons and other constitutions, general and particular, against such delinquents. So help me God, and these His holy Gospels, which I touch with my hands.

I, the said Galileo Galilei, have abjured, sworn, promised, and bound myself as above; and in witness of the truth thereof I have with my own hand subscribed the present document of my abjuration, and recited it word for word at Rome, in the Convent of Minerva, this twenty-second day of June, 1633.

I, Galileo Galilei, have abjured as above with my own hand.

Can you post these hourly rates or provide a link to them?
    Thanks.

Howie Carr, #10 on your list, is the CONSERVATIVE voice of Boston radio (WRKO). He frequently mentions that he lurks on Free Republic. He'll be very amused to see himself on a list of liberal radio hosts.

This kind of thing sounds like "hate speech" and should be added to every hate speech statute that the liberals push through. Fight fire with fire.

It also sounds like harassment to me. If someone is harassed for choosing a career in the military they deserve a big cash award in a civil suit. Again, give these liberals a taste of their own medicine

    Thanks for posting this.

We need to learn from the enemy. They have some good ideas on how to use technology. We need to use the techniques that work to advance our own ideas.

For example, it would be great to webcast our own feed from "anti-war" demonstrations to show the world how radical and out of the mainstream these folks really are.

I caught it on tape. Geraldo says (in part):

"MSNBC is so pathetic a cable news network that they have to do anything they can to attract attention but you can rest assured that anything they are saying is a pack of lies. I'm having a great relationship with the 101st Airborne. I intend to march into Baghdad along side them and my only complaint is there is not powder for beer in the MREs."

I remember Pete singing this in an MTV video back in the old days. He was hitting on "rough boys" (older teen agers) in a pool hall. There was no "her" or "she" to be seen. It was very obvious what the song was about.

    ROUGH BOYS

    Tough boys
    Running the streets
    Come a little closer
    Rough toys
    Under the sheets
    Nobody knows her
    Rough boys
    Don't walk away
    I very nearly missed you
    Tough boys
    Come over here
I wanna bite and kiss you

I wanna see what I can find
    Tough kids
    Take a bottle of wine
    When your deal is broken
    Ten quid
    She's so easy to find
    Not a word is spoken
    Rough boys
    Don't walk away
    I'm still pretty blissed here
    Tough boy
    I'm gonna carry you home
    You got pretty pissed dear

    Gonna get inside you
Gonna get inside your bitter mind

    Rough boys
    Don't walk away
    I wanna buy you leather
    Make noise
    Try and talk me away
    We can't be seen together
    Tough kids
    What can I do?
    I'm so pale and weedy
    Rough fits
    In my Hush Puppy shoes
    But I'm still pleadin

    Tough boys
    Running the streets
    Come a little closer
    Rough toys
    Under the sheets
    Nobody knows her
    Rough boys
    Don't walk away
    I very nearly missed you
    Tough boys
    Come over here
I wanna bite and kiss you

I wanna see what I can find!

'If we are going to have a new kind of woman, we need a new kind of man.' And that's where the glitch is. We don't have that kind of man.

Yes, it would take a "new kind of man" to want to consort with the self-absorbed, male-bashing, airheads with a feminist chip on their shoulders that are the "new kind of women". They made their bed, now they can lie in it.

    Great article! Thanks.

Since Ms Murphy claims that OBL has helped more than the U.S. has anyone asked for proof? Let her lay out by year and country what he has done vs what the U.S. has done.

Has the press asked for this or done this comparison itself?

Perhaps they have and I haven't seen it. My tolerance for reading what currently passes for journalism is very low.

    Thanks again your perceptive post.
