The publicity generated from this incident has been over blown, so the poor kid and his family did not get the privacy they asked for.

We don't know when they learned of the IMs. But the emails are old news to them. Add that to the fact that pages have been warned about Foley for years, and it adds up to either a cover-up, incompetent investigating or a failure to take the charges seriously. It doesn't look good in any case, and the only thing to do now is drop the spin and come clean.

Exactly! RE is governed by local forces. RE is a consumption item, and I find here in TN that I can have a bigger, better house build cheaper than anything on the used housing market! Reminds me of the housing market in early 90's in CA. People could not make the monthly payment, including principal and interest. Lenders were begging people not to move out, because of vandalism!! I've always thought of housing as a consumption item, not a retirement kitty!
