    What kind of recourse is there for a Massachusetts resident to get Sen Kerry to be held accountable for being out of the office so much? His record in the last year has been deplorable. I would be willing to cut him a little slack. The problem is two things... 1)His has taken it to a new level. I can't find anyone that can come close to his lack of performance. He almost certainly tops(or bottoms depending on how you look at it) the list. 2)His record over the years is not something to be proud of. He has shown...
