The average age of light vehicles in the USA is 12.5 years.
Why so old? Price, mainly. But they also last longer than they did in the 70s. And styling . . . every small SUV looks like the others for 20 years . . . so why bother to upgrade?
The 2024 Ranger is a new generation, so lots of kinks to wotk out, perhaps. It needed an overhaul. It was looking quite dated. Unfortunately, it, like all other trucks, has been subjected to creep, getting bigger with each generation. The Ranger is the size of a 1980s F-150. Hence the introduction of the smaller Maverick in 2022.
This article misses the point. The government, through excessive regulation and social engineering, is driving up the cost of car ownership. The purpose is to force us all onto public transportation and into cities.
According to Google (yeh, I know): "The average light vehicle on US roads is a record-breaking 12.5 years old according to a study by S&P Global Mobility. This marks the sixth consecutive year that the average vehicle age in the US has risen."
What if the DNC gives the go-ahead for the docs at WRMC to physically fail Biden and state he is in declining health and recommend that it would be unrise for him to continue as president? If could solve one problem at least for them.
I think this is a very good possibility. But then the DNC will have the Kamala problem. So she'll need to be declared old and decrepit, too. LOL.
Sorry that this had to happen. It is better for all of us and the 2nd Amendment if Blue States had at least some firearm manufacturers. At least some of the Blue State Representatives would have a vested interest in ensuring the jobs and taxes stayed in the Rep’s district.
Uh . . . no. When the secession starts, we want them poorly armed, with no supply chain.
The busy mum felt she was not mentally, physically and financially ready to have a third child, so the couple made the tough decision to have an abortion.
If abortion isn't wrong, why is it a "tough decision?"
I've had several "minor surgical procedures," and I've never had any qualms of right or wrong in scheduling any of them.
