It was just reported on Fox News by Jim Angle that Norman Schwarzkopf issude a statement regarding the absentee votes of military personnel. In their defense of postmark irregularities, he said (paraphrased) servicemen overseas don't have the luxury of jumping into a car and dropping a ballot off at a post office, that their is no easy way to get the vote of the military from the front lines back to the states.

Dick Cheney just had an interview with conservative radio host David Newman on WJR 760 Detroit. This was to make up for the interview he missed a week or so ago, evidently due to some kind of communication snafu. This morning, Dich Cheney was suppose to appear on the metro Detroit area's most powerful radio station, WJR 760, on the David Newman show. The articulate David Newman is an extremely fair, but tough conservative host.
