America, aged 232 years, passed away quietly in her sleep on November 25th, 2008 after a long illness. The cause of death is reported to be the removal of voter life support. America's spokesperson, President John Kerry, was unavailable for comment due to a last minute trip to Paris, France. America, the daughter of Liberty and Freedom, has no immediate survivors. A memorial service will be held in the Capitol Rotunda on November 27th, 2008 at 9 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the nations of Afganistan, Iraq, Great Britian and Israel.
