As a Border Patrol Agent I will not enforce, implement or support in any way an executive order that attempts to give amnesty to illegal aliens.

February 8, 2012 – The Obama administration took its next step towards amnesty for illegal aliens by naming an advocate for illegal aliens and those concerned about immigration issues. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said the advocate will "serve as a point of contact for individuals, including those in immigration proceedings, NGOs and other community and advocacy groups, who have concerns, questions, recommendations or other issues they would like to raise." The FBI is investigating the exchange of gunfire between U.S. Border Patrol agents and suspected drug smugglers across the Rio Grande, officials confirmed Monday. The shootout occurred around 7 a.m. Monday just south of the small western Hidalgo County community of Abram.
