President Trump has come out and said the "Maryland man" was a MS-13 terrorist gang-banger, an illegal alien from El Salvador, and was given an order to be deported, and that the Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that the courts cannot interfere with the Executive Branch foreign policy decisions. I was speaking with my nephew earlier this evening. He floated the idea that since U.S. District Judge James Boasberg has been assigned the Signal-gate case, President Trump should offer a blanket pardon to everyone on that chat with the reporter being the exception. That President Trump should just do this tomorrow or as soon as possible. The blanket pardons done by Biden is now the baseline. In fact, for every suit the Dems bring up, President Trump should issue a blanket pardon for any and all parties involved. What say you, Freepers?

Question for everyone. Why can't the Trump administration basically inform these courts - by a nationwide press conference/speech, by a letter, and/or in person DOJ attorneys - that because of the 1948 Supreme Court decision, the only court that the President will pay attention to is the USSC. That this administration will continue to do what it is doing and lower courts have no lawful basis in attempting to dictate Executive policy? I'm going out to dinner now and will read your responses upon my return.

This past week, I have read online and watched on FNC the story of an Autopen used during the 4 years of Biden occupying the White House. What I would like to see done, is to have the DoJ charge just one person that was granted immunity under the Autopen E.O. Bring up charges, start taking that person to trial. Then when the Dems start gnashing their teeth and rendering their clothes, President Trump and the DoJ can have a press brief explaining that by being signed by an autopen, all those E.O. are unConstitutional, and null and void. I read earlier today that Zelensky already signed a mineral deal with Great Britain. Yet, listening to FOX News the last couple hours, not one show mentioned this. My question - is the story of Zelensky signing an earlier mineral deal - is that true?

I posted yesterday that those that signed the letter demanding Congress investigate the firing of the CJCS, and their insubordinate remarks should be charge with Article 88 of the UCMJ and court-martialed. I received one response that stated that since they are retired, the UCMJ does not apply to them. Is that true? And if is not true, that they can be brought up on UCMJ charges, than is that true for all retired personnel?

Some questions for the group. These questions came to me as I continually hear how the progressive/statist areas of the United States will not allow ICE to enter the public schools to pick up illegals. Is the Department of Education the ultimate controlling authority of the public schools? If they are the ultimate controlling authority, does that not make every public school in the nation a Federal building? If they are Federal government buildings, can't ICE - being Federal - enter the Federal building? Looking forward to hearing your answers.

However, it was another rant of President Trump being a racist without a thought of the minorities and women that are on his team and support him.

I just turned on my television - FNC - listening and looking at the results. What amazes and sobers me at the same time is that Harris won so many states. Reagan won 49 states in 1984 against an experienced and polished politician, who while was a screaming liberal, could at least string coherent sentences together. Harris though, spoke in word salads and showed on multiple occasions that she became totally lost without a teleprompter and being asked follow-up questions. I need and humbly request assistance from my fellow Freepers. I keep hearing that President Trump said he is going to use the military to go after his enemies and ordinary citizens if he becomes President again. I tried a Google search and all I could find were "reporting" from the usual suspects - ComPost, L.A. Times, N.Y. Times, NPR, CNN, etc. So my humble request is what rally speech of President Trump's did the liberal media get this "reporting" from. Did anyone cath Kevin McCarthy on Gutfeld last night? When asked about Harris and if is a dumb away from the cameras as she is when giving her word salad interviews, he said she is. He said that when he would go talk to Biden, Biden would be reading off note cards, and when Harris walked into the room, Biden was still the smartest Dem in the room.

Was talking with my nephew from Georgia. He stated "... if we lose North carolina due to lack of voting precincts that people have access to, we lose the election." Do you Freepers think the same?
