I love keto too (lost 50!) but you should realize that 1800 cal/day is probably a large caloric restriction (CR).
On of the big advantages of keto is that being metabolically flexible (fat burning) makes it much easier to tolerate CR. If you decrease carbs but consume too many calories from fat and protein, you also stall. That was my M.O.
My goto lunch is salad with meat. Sometimes 3-4 different meats. So YMMV. Key thing is to track what works for you.
My formula is time restricted feeding (10-6), keto <50 carbs, moderate CR, exercise. Now that I’m at goal weight I shift to keto <100. I can stay in mild ketosis (0.5-1.0 mMol) at <100 because I’m very active.

Not only was he parked in the road without flashers, but it’s not clear why he was parked in the opposite lane from the accident. Also, his rollback was down no where near the vehicle to be towed.
It looks to me that the wrecker driver was in a hurry to get on scene and “claim” the recovery. But he forgot the the number 1 rule— be safe.

Also missing—what scores did she achieve on her AP tests?
When you take an AP class, there’s a standard test at the completion with ranking from 0-4. If you get a 3 or a 4, some colleges will grant college credit upon admission.
Some students skip the tests because they’re hard and they cost extra.
If you take lots of AP credit and do well, you can start college as a sophomore and greatly reduce time to graduate.
So C’Lette—did you take the tests? How did you score?
