In Nashville, TN while at the Gaylord Hotel for a conservative gathering including Sarah Palin and Andrew Breitbart as well as Judge Roy Moore our family ran across Judge Moore after a discussion amongst Alabamians in a conference room. Alone as a family walking down a corridor looking for an elevator we came to a grand staircase. Without hesitation Judge Moore offered to help my husband carry our son in his wheelchair down this huge staircase. There were no cameras or people to even notice this purposeful act of kindness to strangers but our family, yet I will hold him in high regard for doing just what he did. No one else ever offered to do that in the 12 years our precious son lived.

Character is what a person does when no one is looking, but God never overlooks our agape love.

Good for you Alabama, you chose right. May God multiply His blessings unto you for doing His will.

Dear Lord, protect Judge Moore from the attacks of the enemy. May the mouths of lions be shut and Your name be glorified in all the earth.

Oh gracious Father in Heaven, You are all together beautiful, magnificent, long suffering and just. Your love and Words go beyond the measure us human beings can comprehend. In Your grace You gift to us Your Holy Spirit to abide within us and guide us moment by moment to Jesus. In Leviticus 4. You allowed the sin offerings based on wealth and ability. Lord, increase our ability to take responsibility for knowing Your Holy Word and obeying Jesus Christ. Let us not settle for the priest to wring the neck of the pigeon dove and putting it's blood on the side of the altar and the rest at the base of the altar but let us be fully involved in the process of repentance like those able to offer a goat, who not only brought the goat as a sin offering, but laid their hands on the goats head and slaughtered it as a sin offering before the high priest took its' blood with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering and pour out the rest of the blood at the base of the altar. Leviticus 4:35 They shall remove all the fat, just as the fat is removed from the lamb of the fellowship offering, and the priest shall burn it on the altar on top of the food offerings presented to the Lord. In this way the priest will make atonement for them for the sin they have committed, and they will be forgiven. Lord, help us to be fully awake,. alert and involved in our relationship with Jesus. Let us be committed to handling our own sins before You with confidence in the work our High Priest Jesus did on our behalf. Give us a greater knowledge and let eternity be an ever living reality now. Let the peace which passes all understanding be ours this day.

Thank You for the opportunity to live here in the USA. May we take advantage of the opportunities before us each day, especially the ability to worship You corporately in Spirit and in Truth.

May President Trump and Vice-President Pence likewise take the time to drawn close to You, seeking You early and often, giving You the honor and praise due Your name. May the Congressmen and women and Senators love You with all their hearts as well.

God Disciplines His Children

6 because the Lord disciplines the one he loves,

Warning and Encouragement

14 Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.

16 See that no one is sexually immoral, or is godless like Esau, who for a single meal sold his inheritance rights as the oldest son.

The Mountain of Fear and the Mountain of Joy

25 See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks. If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven?

26 At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.”

27 The words “once more” indicate the removing of what can be shaken—that is, created things—so that what cannot be shaken may remain.

28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe,

29 for our “God is a consuming fire.”
