O God, You have cast us off; You have broken us down; You have been displeased; Oh, restore us again! —Psalm 60:1

Father God,

You Who created us, You Who knew us in our mother's womb, You Who knows every hair on our heads,

Restore our souls.

Give us rest, Father, for the next day's journey and the tribulation that comes with following Your way.

Provide restoration, we pray, to our leaders, especially President Trump, Vice President Pence, their cabinet, staffs and families. Let them find their rest in Your Word, Your continual presence, and Your peace that passes understanding.

We pray this day for rest for the weary families in our nation who have been struggling. May they find rest in Jesus, so that their communities, churches, schools and businesses may be revived. Bring restful alertness to our military members; may they find heart's peace in You, in the midst of chaotic environments.

Lastly, may those naysayers and unbelievers in our national life find rest from the demons that enrage and embroil them daily. Wash away the anger, suspicion, jealousy, scheming and spite that wastes life and peace. May their hearts be turned to You, and may their thoughts, words and actions be transformed to those of encouragement and hope.

Just as there is no pretext for those who hate You, Lord Jesus, “they hate Me for no reason” there is no warmed over, stale, dead “Cold War” pretext for North Korea to provoke President Trump.

Lord Jesus, I pray You reveal the absolute truth about WHO is pushing freaky North Korea to threaten the United States, I pray You reveal WHO has given them these armaments, Lord I pray You reveal the truth about this international situation and any Elite NWO types who would be pushing for war so as to get rid of Donald Trump...

Oh Lord, hear our plea. Reveal the truth about who in our government is working to destroy our nation because they hate You. Reveal these truths so the American people can truly have a choice about our leaders. Help and protect us Lord, though we deserve it not. Help us Lord God. Amen
